At present,China is in the high-speed development stage of industrialization,modernization and urbanization,which puts forward higher requirements for technological innovation of major construction projects.The technological innovation of major construction projects has significant uncertainty and high technical complexity.There are many innovation subjects relying on engineering projects.In order to seek systematic and effective technical solutions,innovation subjects often need Cross organization,cross department and cross regional collaborative innovation,so as to form a closely related and interactive evolution ecosystem.As an important part of the national innovation ecosystem,the healthy development of the innovation ecosystem of major construction projects is very important.However,at present,the research on technological innovation management of major construction projects mostly focuses on the innovation subject itself,and there is still a lack of ecological effects of external factors such as environment.This thesis defines the concept of major construction project innovation ecosystem and its health degree,identifies the influencing factors of major construction project innovation ecosystem health degree,deeply explores the impact of various factors on system health degree and the relationship between influencing factors,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the healthy development of major construction project innovation ecosystem.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,it introduces the concepts of major construction projects and innovation ecosystem,and defines the connotation of innovation ecosystem of major construction projects on this basis;This thesis deeply analyzes the constituent elements,structure,characteristics and functions of the innovation ecosystem of major construction projects;This thesis expounds the connotation of innovation ecosystem health degree of major construction projects,and constructs the measurement index of health degree.Secondly,with the help of literature research and expert interview,the influencing factors of major construction project innovation ecosystem health are identified and revised;On this basis,this thesis combs the influencing factors,analyzes the connotation and relationship of relevant factors,further puts forward theoretical assumptions and constructs a preliminary theoretical model.Thirdly,with the help of structural equation model,through questionnaire survey and data analysis,this thesis makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of major construction project innovation ecosystem health,verifies the proposed theoretical assumptions,and reveals the influence mechanism of various influencing factors on major construction project innovation ecosystem health.Fourth,based on the results of influencing factor identification,model construction and empirical analysis,this thesis puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the healthy development of major construction project innovation ecosystem from the perspective of enterprises.Standing at the level of major construction projects,this thesis analyzes the influencing factors of the health of the innovation ecosystem of major construction projects,finds out the important links of the healthy development of the innovation ecosystem of major construction projects,and provides a new perspective and new ideas for the research of technological innovation management of major construction projects,The Countermeasures for the healthy development of innovative ecosystem of major construction projects are of great significance to engineering practice.
