Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Cemetery Location Based On Structural Equation Model

At present,there are frequent chaos in cemetery site selection,which greatly affects the urban and rural residential landscape environment.Therefore,exploring scientific and reasonable cemetery site selection is an important part of landscape planning and design.In this paper,the structural equation modeling(SEM)was used to quantitatively analyze the impact of natural factors,socioeconomic factors,psychological factors,traffic location factors,policies and regulations on the location of the cemetery,and the SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 tools were selected for questionnaire data processing and model path analysis,to obtain the path of action and the specific impact relationship of the factors affecting the location of the cemetery.Based on this research,whether different ages,different groups,different genders,and urban-rural differences have a moderating effect on cemetery site selection.Finally,it sums up the quantification of the influence factors of the cemetery location on the urban landscape,puts forward the corresponding practical enlightenment and points out the research deficiencies and the direction of the follow-up research.The relevant conclusions are as follows:(1)The location of the cemetery is affected by many factors.Through field research,literature reading,and analysis of the current situation of Lin’an District Cemetery Site selection,the 33 secondary influencing factors including slope,feng shui quality,construction cost,landscape sensitivity,restricted development boundaries of various protected areas,and land protection policies,etc,were summarized.And it is divided into 6 categories: natural factors,socioeconomic factors,psychological factors,traffic location factors,policy and regulation factors,and cemetery location factors.(2)The research hypotheses are all valid at a level of 0.5% significance.That are,natural factors,socio-economic factors,psychological factors,traffic location factors,policy and regulations factors significantly positively affecting the location of the cemetery.And control variables(age,education)also have a significant impact on the location of cemeteries.From the perspective of the degree of influence,transportation location factors have the greatest influence,with a path coefficient of 0.202;followed by socioeconomic factors,natural factors,psychological factors,and policy and regulation factors,with path coefficients of 0.169,0.165,0.162,and 0.118 respectively.(3)The cognitive differences between different ages,different masses and urban and rural areas have a significant impact on cemetery site selection.Ordinary people pay more attention to the impact of social and economic factors on the location of cemetery.Government staff pay more attention to the impact of psychological factors on cemetery location.young people pay more attention to psychological factors on the location of cemeteries,Middle-aged and elderly people pay more attention to the impact of natural factors on cemetery location,and urban population pay more attention to the influence of traffic location factors.(4)Based on the empirical results of the influencing factors of cemetery site selection,the recommendations for cemetery site selection are proposed.The government must strengthen the coordinated development of multiple departments and play a good role in guiding and promoting;the people must abandon traditional ideas,follow relevant policies and regulations,and correctly understand the location of cemeteries.
