With the rapid development of economic globalization,scientific and technological innovation enterprises have embarked on networking and intelligence,and industrial enterprises have moved from extensive to intensive development.However,the scientific and technological development of construction enterprises lags behind.The traditional construction industry still has extensive development with high energy consumption and high pollution.At present,China is faced with problems such as the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises and the improvement of enterprise and project management benefits.Using computer technology,network technology and information technology to change the traditional extensive management mode,improve the construction management level,change the traditional production mode,save resources and energy,reduce human costs and enterprise operating costs,improve management efficiency,and achieve sustainable development are the development goals that construction enterprises and engineering projects constantly pursue.As a kind of computer technology,building information modeling(BIM)can integrate the model,function and other information of buildings in the whole life cycle of engineering projects such as project planning and decision-making,design,implementation,operation and maintenance,and can also dynamically simulate the construction organization process,comprehensive pipeline arrangement through collision inspection,classified statistics of quantities,statistical analysis of property operation management information and other functions.From the perspective of BIM Technology involved in construction project management,this paper takes the technology application and project management as the research object,investigates the relevant literature at home and abroad,studies the application of BIM Technology in each stage of construction project,transfers the technology application to the management application,and analyzes and studies the whole process management.The paper starts with the problems existing in the whole process of the construction project,and studies and discusses the management problems existing in the project decision-making,design,project implementation and construction stages,and project property operation and maintenance stages.BIM Technology is used to intervene in the whole process management of construction projects,reduce cost budget,save resources,speed up project progress,improve labor efficiency,reduce labor cost,improve project quality,and comprehensively improve the benefits of construction project management.Combined with the case study of construction project,this paper studies the implementation of BIM Technology in construction project management.Through the BIM model created,the project case integrates the project information,and uses the BIM software to design the three-dimensional modeling of complex structure,parametric statistical analysis,comprehensive pipeline layout for collision inspection,dynamic simulation of construction scheme,construction technology disclosure,engineering quantity statistics,statistical analysis of operation and maintenance information,etc.to be applied to the analysis and research of the whole process management of the project.
