Design And Research Of Test Paper Packaging Machine

In order to strengthen the confidentiality of test papers and improve the automation level of test paper packaging,a full-automatic test paper packaging machine is designed.At present,the existing test paper packaging in China mostly depends on manual packaging,and the labor efficiency is not high.This paper aims to design a packaging machine suitable for tongue folding bag,and study the automatic bagging technology,so as to change the current situation of manual bagging of test paper.According to the actual demand of test paper bagging,this paper analyzes the bagging process,modularizes each process of test paper bagging,refines each process,and draws the process flow chart,so as to realize the process analysis of bagging machine.According to the process flow chart,the three-dimensional modeling of the bagging machine is carried out by using Solid Works software,and the required mechanism is selected for further improvement.Next,select the actuator of the bagging machine,match the operation time of each mechanism,and draw the working cycle diagram.Through kinematic simulationThe real software ADAMS simulates and analyzes the labeling mechanism,analyzes the stress of the bag support by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,and discusses the scheme according to the static simulation analysis results.The bagging machine designed in this paper is divided into counting and sorting device,test paper bagging device,bagging device,sealing device and sealing label pasting device.The bagging efficiency is 10 bags / min.For the counting and sorting function of test papers,the bagging machine adopts a conveyor belt with a certain inclination angle,and the two conveyor belts are connected by an inclined plate;In order to take out the test paper bag,put the test paper bag into a stack and place its leaflet on the conveyor belt through the suction cup;Use the vacuum system to open the test paper bag and use the push plate to put the test paper into the test paper bag;The intermittent conveying of conveyor belt is used to seal the test paper bag;The rotary cylinder is used to label the surface of the test paper bag in both horizontal and vertical directions.Through specific analysis,the production efficiency of the test paper bagging machine is within a reasonable range and the production cost is reduced.
