Now the cost of human resources is higher and higher,which makes the original laborintensive production system gradually develop to the automatic industrialization system,which is also the case in the textile industry.The packaging of finished fabric roller is usually sealed by a layer of film,which is easy to be damaged by collision and thus contaminate the fabric.Therefore,in long-distance transportation and handling,it is often necessary to use the wearresistant and breathable outer packaging for secondary packaging,that is,fabric roller bag packaging,which is the last link in the production of knitting raw materials.At present,most of the production lines are still in the backward manual bagging environment,which requires a lot of manpower and low efficiency.In order to meet the needs of automatic transformation and upgrading of cloth roll and bag packaging production,this paper studies and develops a man-machine collaborative cloth roll and bag packaging system.The staff use this equipment to carry out cloth roll and bag packaging work,so as to reduce manpower,improve working environment and improve work efficiency.The work and conclusion of this paper are as follows:Through the study of the traditional manual bagging operation mode and process,combined with the actual production demand for high efficiency,flexibility and reliability,the technical index of the packaging system is summarized.According to the index,the overall scheme of the system is designed.According to the workflow,the system is divided into three stations according to the steps: the turning arm feeding station,the bagging packaging station and the transfer discharging station.For each station The function structure and function are designed in detail,making full use of the site will be combined according to the work flow order to form a "U" type pipeline layout.For each transmission component,the calculation and selection are carried out,and the reliability of the key parts is verified by finite element analysis;a set of control system matching with the equipment is designed,the control elements and sensors used are adapted and selected,the appropriate PID algorithm is selected,the equipment control process is designed using the modular design idea,and the human-computer interaction is designed for the efficient human-computer cooperation Interprogram and interface.At the same time,considering the possible assembly of the equipment,it is equipped with the functions of manual automatic mode switching,real-time feedback alarm,etc.,using the preset formula to simplify the parameter design process,equalizing the beat and other design systems to standardize the bagging process,and presenting the settlement data with reports so that the production can be expected.Through the actual operation and production verification,the equipment is in good condition and has high reliability.The data shows that the equipment can improve the working efficiency and save labor,achieve the expected effect,and obtain a high-efficiency roller and bag packaging system with human-computer cooperation.
