With the strengthening of environmental protection consciousness of the whole society, paper packaging of mechanical and electrical products especially household appliances has been widely used in actual life, and it has gradually become a mainstream tendency. In this paper, the typical mechanical and electrical product-pulsator washing machine which has special structure and complex storage and transportation conditions is the main research content. The existing packaging of pulsator washing machine is EPS forming mostly, and it is not environmental protection. The existing paper packaging structures have the problems of molding complicated and difficult to realize the industrialization molding production. Based on this, this paper make Panasonic XQB52-P501U washing machine to be the packing object, do the research on several key problems of environmental protection paper cushion packaging of pulsator washing machine by the way of from special to the ordinary, from local to whole.First of all, on the basic of test analysis of washing machine cushion packaging which is exploited by the laboratory, build the analysis model of pulsator washing machine and cushioning pad, and do mechanical calculation. Determine the key protection part of pulsator washing machine. Sum up packaging protection technology measures of key parts of the washing machine. It is provide reference for the key part protective packaging design.Second, according to the key part protective packaging technology measures, combined with the structure characteristics of the clutch components of washing machine, design the main protection packing structure (lateral protection structure and vertical direction protection structure) of the key parts. Comparative analyze 3 forming schemes of the lateral support from strength, molding and cost. Establish 3D model of lateral protection packing structure, simulate analyze its impact resistance ability by ANSYS software.Third, on the basis of the overall design packaging requirements, the circulation environment and vulnerability of pulsator washing machine put forward design schemes of top and bottom cushion package of pulsator washing machine. Analyze its structure, forming characteristics, etc. Do stacking, tread, random vibration and drop test with the complete transport package of pulsator washing machine. And comprehensive analyze top and bottom cushion package from material, process and cost.The results show that the designed packaging pad meet product protection requirements, and they are suitable for large-scale production.Finally, design production process of top and bottom cushion pad on the basic of the structure forming characteristics of paper cushion packaging. Focus on the analysis of the main/auxiliary material supply scheme, the pad processing process route and the main forming institutions in the process. Based on this, simulate packaging production lines of top and bottom pads and vertical direction protection structure. It provides reference for the production process research of the same paper cushioning pad. And it plays a role of promotion for the realization of mechanization.
