Research On Village Layout Optimization Based On Multi-factor Analysi

The 19 th CPC National Congress put forward the "Rural Revitalization Strategy",and the strategic plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)made it clear to comply with the law and evolution trend of village development and promote rural development by classification.In recent years,with the continuous promotion of new urbanization and new rural construction,China’s village economic level,livable environment and construction appearance have achieved substantive results.However,there are still some problems,such as "one side of a thousand villages",non prominent characteristics and single development path.Therefore,it is very necessary to scientifically determine the village layout,divide the village types and carry out the preparation of village planning by classification.Taking dawanggu town in Wuqing district with good location advantages as an example,on the basis of field investigation and current situation analysis,this paper formulates the village classification and evaluation system,with the support of GIS platform and superimposing various control factors,finally determines the village classification of dawanggu town,and puts forward differentiated development strategy guidance.Provide a solid foundation for promoting the healthy and orderly development of villages and realizing rural revitalization.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,constructing the village classification evaluation system.In this paper,villages are classified by the combination of qualitative analysis and GIS quantitative analysis,and a village classification evaluation index system is constructed.The evaluation system is composed of 6 criteria layers and 17 indexes: location conditions,population vitality,economic potential,facility level,characteristic resources and spatial potential,and the connotation of each index is described respectively,The weights of different indicators are calculated by analytic hierarchy process and the scoring criteria are set.Secondly,it analyzes the examples of village classification.Taking dawanggu town,which has advantages in location,transportation and economy,as an example,through field investigation and questionnaire distribution,this paper understands the current situation basis,development demands and practical problems of the town,and then focuses on the analysis of 17 villages.Combined with their respective characteristics,the villages are divided into two categories,five sub categories,namely relocation and merger and retention,respectively,suburban integration Relocation and merger,characteristic protection,center agglomeration and improvement.Finally,the development strategy guidelines are put forward.Putting forward development strategy guidelines for the identified villages of suburban integration,relocation and merger,characteristic protection,central agglomeration and improvement,and put forward differentiated development strategies for various types of typical villages involved in dawanggu town.
