| Mixed land use is an important way to improve the efficiency of land use,promote industrial development and improve the quality of human settlement environment.There are few systematic analysis on the mixed use of rural residential land.The purpose of this paper is to introduce mix land use theory into rural residential land to provide a new perspective for synergistically improving land use efficiency,living environment and industrial development and deepening the micro research of rural residential land.This paper takes Tangwei village,Guxia village and Fulong village in Shipai Town,Dongguan City,Guangdong Province as examples,integrates methods such as field research,POI data capture,GIS and remote sensing technologies,exploringly puts forward a measuring approach considering diversity and compatibility.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The measurement results of the mixed use degree of rural residential land use and the stage trend combined with diversity indicators and compatibility indicators show that the mixed use degree of rural residential land in 1978 was Fulong Village<Guxia Village<Tangwei Village,among which,the diversity degree was Tangwei Village<Guxia Village<Fulong Village,and the compatibility degree was Guxia Village<Tangwei Village<Fulong Village;the mixed use degree of rural residential land in 2005 was Fulong Village<Tangwei Village<Guxia Village,among which,the diversity degree was Guxia Village<Fulong Village<Tangwei Village,and the compatibility degree was Tangwei Village<Fulong Village<Guxia Village;the mixed use degree of rural residential land in 2020 was Guxia Village<Fulong Village<Tangwei Village,among which,the diversity degree was Guxia Village<Fulong Village<Tangwei Village,and the compatibility degree was Fulong Village<Guxia Village<Tangwei Village.From 1978 to 2005,the mixed use degree of rural residential land in Tangwei Village,Guxia Village and Fulong Village all showed an upward trend,and the increase value was Fulong Village<Tangwei Village<Guxia Village;From 2005 to 2020,the mixed use degree of rural residential land in Tangwei Village,Guxia Village and Fulong Village has shown an upward trend,and the increase value was Guxia Village<Fulong Village<Tangwei Village.(2)The research on the driving forces of the mixed land use of rural settlement shows that from 1978 to 2005,the mixed land use of rural settlement in Tangwei,Guxia,and Fulong villages had the most significant role driven by policy support,land resource endowment,industrial foundation and commercial foundation.The role driven by the transportation infrastructure construction was more significant,and the role driven by the tourism resource endowment and the traffic arterial advantage was not significant.From 2005 to 2020,the mixed land use of rural settlement in Tangwei,Guxia and Fulong villages had the most significant role driven by industrial and commercial foundations,transportation infrastructure construction,and land resource endowment.The role driven by tourism and commercial policy support,tourism foundation and tourism resource endowment was more significant.The role driven by traffic arterial advantage and industrial policy support was not significant.(3)The integration of diversity and compatibility indicators completes the measurement system of mixed land use.Current research mainly uses diversity indicators when evaluating mixed land use,which cannot reflect the correlation between the same number of land types.In addition to the quantitative structure,the evaluation and measurement of the mixed use degree of rural residential land should also pay attention to the spatial relationship dimension of land use,that is,the compatibility of land use,so as to build a more comprehensive evaluation model to measure the mixed use degree of rural residential land.(4)The mixed land use of rural settlement is a comprehensive result of diversity and compatibility.Diversity and compatibility together determine the mixed use degree of rural residential land.Diversity is the basis for the mixed land use of rural settlement,only with diversity can it be "mixed".The development needs of rural industries directly promote the diversity of rural residential land,especially the rapid expansion of industrial land.The mixed land use of rural settlement is not only embodied in the “mixing” on the basis of diversity,but also embodied in the“combination” on the basis of compatibility.The higher the degree of compatibility of rural residential land,the less negative external effects such as pollution caused by the interaction of various regions within it.The compatibility degree of rural residential land use has become an important indicator to measure the quality of rural human settlements.(5)The mixed land use of rural settlement has become an important means to realize the multi-functional and intensive use of land and stimulate the vitality of villages,providing a new idea for the development of construction land from incremental planning to stock or even reduction planning.Village planning should follow the characteristics of mixed land use of rural settlement.In addition to considering the diversity of internal land use of rural settlement and giving full play to their versatility of production and life,they should also consider the nature and spatial layout of each region to avoid poor compatibility and the decrease in the quality of human settlements and other issues. |
