With the rapid development of production technology,non-destructive testing technology plays a particularly critical role in various industrial manufacturing industries such as aviation,military industry,and medical treatment.Among non-destructive testing technologies,ultrasonic testing is the most widely used.Compared with traditional ultrasonic inspection technology,ultrasonic phased array technology has the advantages of high precision,good flexibility,high degree of automation of equipment integration,and excellent imaging effect.It has important practical significance for the research of ultrasonic phased array inspection system..This project has initially completed a set of ultrasonic phased array detection system,which has the characteristics of high integration,miniaturization and modularization.The paper gives a detailed introduction to the design ideas and implementation steps of the ultrasonic phased array detection system.The design of the system is divided into three parts: probe production,detection system hardware design,and detection system software design.This subject designed and manufactured a one-dimensional linear array phased array probe based on 1-3 composite materials.The hardware part of the system uses multiple highly integrated functional chips,which greatly reduces the circuit area and improves the integration of the hardware circuit.The modular design is used to facilitate the debugging of each module and reduce the interference between the modules.The 32-channel pulse excitation circuit generates high-voltage square wave excitation pulses to excite the phased array probe to produce ultrasonic waves;the 8-channel signal receiving circuit amplifies,filter,denoise,and other analog ultrasonic echo signals,and then converts them into digital echo signals by ADC;The adjustable boost circuit in the circuit can boost the low voltage of 24 V up to 100V;the FPGA cache control circuit is the core circuit of the system,which is responsible for initializing the configuration of each module of the system,controlling the normal working sequence of the entire system,and returning the numbers to The wave signal is sent to the upper computer;the FPGA logic circuit is composed of a system control module circuit,a data buffer module circuit,and a data transmission module circuit.The upper computer software of the system is designed and developed using Lab VIEW,and the real-time ultrasonic detection echo signal can be observed through the upper computer software.This testing system was tested,including testing of various circuit modules and testing of the system as a whole.The test results show that each module has achieved the expected function,and the entire system can perform basic ultrasonic phased array inspection.Finally,it summarizes the research results based on the current stage,and elaborates the next research direction of the subject and the areas that need improvement.
