Construction projects have many characteristics of a long-life cycle, largeinvestment, complex technology and a single product, so there are a large number ofrisk factors hiding in its implementing process. The happening of the constructionproject risks can be effectively avoided under the condition that the construction projectrisks are managed well, so as that the construction project will be implemented in aplanned way smoothly and finally the anticipated social, economic and environmentalcomprehensive benefits can be obtained. The construction project risk managementcovers the risk identification, analysis and evaluation as well as risk control, measurestaking etc.Through consulting a large number of relevant literatures both at home and abroad,this text analyzed and studied the construction project risk management over ally andsystematically. In the process of the construction project risk management analysis,firstly, risk identification, risk analysis and assessment methods were analyzed andcompared, and then it described the risk identification, risk analysis and evaluation, andfinally the establishment of risk measures in detail. As to the deficiency of thesecommon methods, considering the liquidity, uncertainty and fuzziness of theconstruction project risk information, and using Analytic Hierarchy Process and FuzzyTheory, the architectural engineering project risk evaluation method based on the FuzzyAnalytic Hierarchy Process was proposed, and the evaluation procedure was analyzedand researched in detail. In addition, this paper also analyzed and studied the respondedand controlled measures of the common construction project risk factors. Combinedwith engineering example, finally, empirical research and analysis were given toconstruction engineering project risk management based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchyprocess.The empirical research shows that the construction engineering project riskmanagement is a process in which through the identifying, analyzing and evaluating thevariety of risks facing in the project, the severity of consequence affected by variousrisks and the occurrence probability of them, the overall risk level was comprehensivelyevaluated, and finally corresponding risk measures established to reduce the project riskloss and realize the anticipated project goal.However, the various methods of risk identification, analysis and evaluation have their own applicable range and advantages and disadvantages, the risk correspondingmeasures also have their situation to adapt. In the practical engineering project, chooseappropriate methods and reasonable corresponding measures according to theengineering situation. In the practical construction projects, construction engineeringproject risk management based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process can effectivelyidentify and analyze a variety of risks faced with the project, evaluate out the possibilityof the happening of these risks and the severity of consequences, better qualitativelyand quantitatively analyze the construction engineering project risks and provide moreaccurate information for the correct risk decision, indicating the rationality and validityof this risk management method, so as it may have reference significance for riskmanagers.
