Fine Cost Management Of Z Company Construction Project Based On BIM Technology

With the adjustment of economic structure and the upgrading of the industrial structure in our country,the new requirements of the development of construction industry have been put forward in recent years.The development of management in the construction industry has been in a relatively backward situation over the past few decades,and the profit margins are relatively low.However,the advent of BIM technology provides the powerful information technology foundation,as well as the information tool,for the development of the construction industry management,which will combine the BIM technology with the cost management to offer a new management method for lean construction of building projects.Taking A construction project as the object,this paper studies the problem of its refined cost management by using the BIM technology and project cost management method.First of all,this paper combined the basic theories and methods of project management,cost management,refined cost management,etc.,in order to analyzes the weak points of cost management in the actual management of the project site,the reasons for these weak points,and the solutions based on the causes.On the basis of these,it combines with the practical application of BIM technology in the field,including: 3D technical drawings review,all professional drawing review,construction site layout,secondary deepening of structure,bricklaying works,plumbing shaft deepening,electric tube well deepening,basement plumbing,above ground piping adjustment and virtual construction/model: pre-construction of the difficult node,the construction animation,and the cost management system based on the above technical measures.The cost management system including: target cost management based on BIM technology,on-site material control based on BIM technology,comparison of quantities based on BIM technology,etc.Through the combination of BIM technology and cost management system of the project cost management,this paper provides a solution for turning the cost management into the fine management,especially the exploration in aspect of the preliminary way.Meanwhile,the result of the research plays a certain practical guiding significance for the fine cost management of other similar construction projects in later stage.
