| In the context of global economic integration,China’s logistics industry has become an indispensable part of China’s economic development, and plays an important role in the fierce market competition. With the development of social economy, people have more and more requirements on the quality, quantity and variety of commodities, but the traditional distribution methods can not meet the needs. Moreover, the urban logistics distribution enterprises have not formed an effective common distribution system, which leads to the low efficiency of resource utilization and the rising cost of logistics. In this context, how to establish a joint logistics partnership, develop a resource-sharing strategy, reduce logistics costs, reduce environmental pollution, improve resource utilization, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve sustainable development is an important issue to be resolved in China’s logistics partnership research. Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the multi-center joint distribution vehicle routing optimization based on vehicle sharing.Firstly, vehicle routing and low-carbon logistics are introduced, and the research direction is defined. Then, this paper introduces the types of common distribution theory, resource integration method and distribution mode in detail, and establishes a vehicle routing model based on carbon emission. The introduction of co-distribution theory into logistics distribution can improve the efficiency and quality of the whole distribution chain, thus achieving sustainable development and stable growth of logistics industry.Combined with the principle of common distribution, the data of multiple distribution centers are integrated, and the data are reorganized by K-means clustering analysis to divide the specific distribution centers. The carbon emission is transformed into carbon emission cost in the form of carbon tax,and the multi-objective problem is transformed into single-objective problem for solution. The hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm are designed and solved. Finally, the two models proposed in this paper are compared and verified, and sensitivity analysis of vehicle speed, carbon tax and vehicle delivery cost is carried out.The results show that the total cost is reduced by 7.20% and the carbon emission cost is reduced by 23.77%,which proves that the open and closed hybrid distribution center has some advantages in the current logistics distribution environment. |
