| Flexible manufacturing system has become a typical product in the application of industrial manufacturing automation.Flexible manufacturing technology represents the advanced scientific and technological achievements in the development of manufacturing industry.For colleges,the research and development of flexible manufacturing teaching platform and its application in practical teaching and scientific research can enhance students ability to combine theory with practice.At present,it is expensive to build a flexible teaching system that is close to the actual situation in colleges and universities.At the same time,a set of systems cannot meet the practical requirements of multi specialty students.Therefore,this paper applies virtual simulation technology to design a virtual flexible system that is close to the actual situation,and uses a real control system for motion control to achieve a teaching mode that combines the virtual and the real.Multiple virtual flexible systems can run in multiple computers at the same time,It solves the problems of high practical teaching cost and insufficient teaching resources in colleges and universities,and finally achieves the goal of transferring technical talents for the society.This paper takes flexible system as the research object,and uses virtual simulation technology to build flexible teaching platform.Firstly,the demand of flexible system teaching and virtual simulation is analyzed,the functional layout of flexible system is determined,and a three-dimensional model is established.Based on this,the overall design scheme of flexible teaching platform is proposed;secondly,the virtual simulation system of the teaching platform is designed,the virtual flexible equipment model is lightweight and graded,the virtual model movement,sensors and I/O signals are configured according to the actual equipment functions,HTC VIVE is used to complete the development of the three-dimensional visualization function of the virtual simulation system VR;then,the hardware and software of the control system of the teaching platform are designed.With the virtual equipment in the virtual simulation system as the control target and PLC as the controller,the control program and monitoring configuration are designed,and the student control console is built according to the electrical schematic diagram;at the same time,in order to improve the working efficiency of the flexible system,the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the location allocation management,and MATLAB is used to simulate and verify the optimization algorithm;finally,a teaching platform is built to debug the combination of virtual and real to meet the development requirements of physical control system for motion control of virtual flexible system.The flexible manufacturing teaching platform based on virtual simulation technology has innovated the experimental teaching mode,formed a diversified teaching method that combines virtual teaching with real teaching,from module to system,enriched the experimental teaching links in colleges.At present,this teaching platform has been put into use in the experimental training teaching of our college and technical secondary schools. |
