In recent years,due to the rapid development of a new generation of information technology,virtual reality technology has gradually become popular,and with its visualisation of visual effects and good interpersonal interaction,it has made a rapid development in various industries and fields.The continuous deepening of virtual reality technology in the education industry has realized the transformation of teaching resources from text to image,2D to 3D,single to interactive,static to dynamic.It has,to a certain extent,promoted the reform and development of our education sector and realized a new digital curriculum teaching model.In the future,carrying out virtual simulation experimental teaching will become an inevitable development trend.The research on this topic is oriented towards virtual simulation teaching and developing a virtual simulation interactive teaching system for lifts based on Unity3 D.The system is built using virtual reality technology,through a combination of software system and hardware system,using Unity 3D as the development engine.The design of the virtual simulation teaching interactive teaching system is finally completed to realise the virtual lift parts installation,maintenance and assessment simulation training process.This system maps the real-world lift space layout and installation and maintenance processes into the virtual environment,allowing students to easily,flexibly and intuitively master the entire process of lift space layout and installation and maintenance operations.This system not only discards the traditional PPT-style teaching mode,but also chooses the popular HTC VIVE helmet and handle as the hardware device,which enhances the human-computer interaction experience on the basis of basic button interaction with ideal immersion and achieves a better interactive teaching solution.The research content of this topic mainly includes the following contents:(1)Briefly introduced the topic of this thesis and the significance of the research,The development of elevator virtual simulation teaching system at home and abroad is analyzed,and determined the research content and basic structure of the topic.(2)Through the research and analysis of a lift manufacturer,the main process of the development of the lift virtual simulation teaching system was established,and the process of the realization of the virtual simulation teaching system was elaborated through the software development and hardware system.(3)The process of establishing the model of the lift as a whole and the animation of the scene is completed through 3D modelling software.The format requirements and attention issues of the model are introduced in the Unity3 D simulation teaching system,focusing on the modelling skills,process,optimisation and animation production.(4)Key technologies in the development process of the lift virtual simulation teaching system were studied,including the design of the lift virtual simulation resource script,the development of the lift simulation resource package and the creation of the lift installation and maintenance component model.(5)The elevator virtual simulation interactive teaching system was developed and implemented in the development engine Unity3 D,including the implementation of generic UI functions and thde implementation of interactive functions for installation courses.This was followed by a detailed introduction of the installation and maintenance process in the system,taking the elevator car structure as an example,to realize the functional requirements of the system.(6)Summarise the work accomplished and the shortcomings in the development process,and provide an outlook for future work.
