| The energy consumption of China’s industrial production field is much higher than that of developed countries,the energy utilization rate is low,and the waste heat resource waste problem is serious.If this wasted heat can be recovered and stored for urban central heating,it is not only in line with the national energy conservation and emission reduction concept but also can improve energy utilization and alleviate the shortage of heating heat sources.This paper proposes a new heating method suitable for northern towns that can solve waste heat resource waste and alleviate heating source shortages.Based on the current situation of waste heat resources in a coking plant in Hebei Province,the waste heat resources,waste heat potential,and heating status in the plant area were investigated and analyzed.Combined with the existing waste heat recovery heating system,the industrial waste heat cross-seasonal heat storage central heating system was designed.The Fluent software is used to establish the model of the buried pipe heat storage system,and the influence of backfill soil,flow rate,spacing,and depth on the heat storage and extraction performance is explored.The long-term operation characteristics of the buried pipe heat storage system in the traditional series,parallel,and zonal series-parallel modes and the constant flow rate and variable flow rate modes are analyzed.Combined with the local geological conditions and the current situation of the plant,the traditional parallel connection and constant flow rate mode are finally selected.Based on the TRNSYS software,the joint operation model of the existing waste heat recovery heating system and the industrial waste heat interseasonal heat storage central heating system is built.The differences in heat supply and energy consumption between the two heating systems based on absorption or centrifugal heat pump units are explored.Combined with the annual cost and the static investment recovery period,the economic,energy-saving,and environmental protection benefits of the above two industrial waste heat inter-seasonal heat storage central heating system schemes are analyzed.It is found that the industrial waste heat inter-seasonal heat storage central heating system based on absorption heat pump units has great advantages in energy consumption,economy,energy savings,and environmental protection.The research shows that the industrial waste heat cross-seasonal heat storage central heating system effectively combines the waste heat resources with the cross-seasonal heat storage technology,which not only improves the energy utilization rate but also alleviates the shortage of central heating heat sources and provides a new reference scheme for solving the waste heat resource waste problem in the non-heating season of industrial plants. |
