Industrial production process produce the large amount of waste heat waste heat because energy density low, hard to extract use, all into air pollution caused by energy waste and hot, and at the same time, along with the urbanization in our country, building heating energy consumption rising. Based on two aspects, this paper recycling industrial waste heat how for heating, industrial waste heat and realize the effective combination of the building heating, which solve the energy waste, thermal pollution problems, and reduce the heating energy consumption, energy conservation and emission reductions, have huge economic, social and environmental benefits.In this article, the industrial waste heat recovery of waste heat absorption hot-pump. According to the analysis of the industrial waste heat waste heat that, use the heat pump heating can’t guarantee alone the reliability of the heating and stable, so the conventional energy and the way of the combination of the industrial waste heat, with low temperature cooling water for the heat absorption hot-pump load and heat source-the combination of gas boiler heating system, in the end early heating, heat pump for heating load, in heating cold stage, the start of heat load of gas boiler, improve heating water temperature, the effective protection of heating safety and stabilityIn the heat transmission, the mix water heating, widening supply and return water temperature difference, in hot end users, according to the principle of corresponding temperature, user and floor heating radiator user series.Detailed analysis of the absorption hot-pump and gas boiler heating system with the combination of the adjustment process, combined with the engineering practice, with a energy utilization efficiency, investment analysis technology economy index on this heating system is evaluated. The results show that:absorption hot-pump and gas boiler heating system in the combination of low temperature waste heat aspects of obvious advantages, broaden the absorption hot-pump in waste heat utilization in the scope of application, the comprehensive performance coefficient can reach above1.6, an energy up about30%, can save$ten thousand a year, and further demonstrates superiority of this system.
