In cold areas, the use of ground-source heat pump is limited by the imbalance of full-year cumulative of the cold and heat load. Especially for the large area of buried pipes ground-source heat pump system, as the winter heat load is big and focused, in a short period it can easily lead to the accumulation of cold, causing the system paralyzed. On the other hand, a large number of industrial waste heat, produced in the process of production, is wasted by way of cooling tower emissions into the atmosphere in the non-heating season. This paper puts forward the industrial waste heat-ground source heat pump composite system form, not only can it solve the storage problem of industrial waste heat of the non-heating season, and also makes ground source heat pump systems can be used in cold areas and promoted.This paper focuses on the research of underground heat storage section of the industrial waste heat-ground source heat pump system, through engineering examples given the design calculation method of the composite system. First of all, according to large temperature difference heat storage of industrial waste heat, we have improved the ground heat exchanger of the ground source heat pump system, multistage series model instead of the traditional parallel operation mode, and set up a series of underground heat transfer model and form mathematics description.Secondly, by programming solution and iterative processing of the objective function, the existing "geothermal Star" Software is improved. Using the improved software, conducted a simulation analysis of the underground temperature field under different circumstances. Through the analysis, get the corresponding optimal system form.Finally, through the industrial waste heat-ground source heat pump composite system engineering example of Inner Mongolia chifeng city, gives a complete set of composite system design and calculation method. And through the economic and technical comparison of traditional boiler room heating system and the composite system, verify the feasibility of the composite system.
