At present,the energy consumption structure of central heating is unreasonable in our country,and fossil energy accounts for 95% of the total proportion.For sustainable development,the development of clean energy heating has become one of the important development strategies.Due to the limited and inefficient of high grade energy in clean energy,it is the key to improve the utilization rate of low-grade clean energy in central heating.During the industrial revolution in the early nineteenth Century,scientists proposed the use of heat pumps to extract large quantities of low grade green energy existing in the surrounding environment of cities.However,the central heating system is backward in China,the development of heating is unbalanced,and the utilization rate of renewable energy is very low.In view of this,based on the use of renewable energy,through the heat pump technology,combined with the characteristics of Beijing City,central heating,relying on the city central heating network,select three kinds of application modes of design and research.Through the basic data combined with the current situation and development of Beijing city central heating pipe network,summed up the problems faced by the heating pipe network.The principle of heat pump refrigeration and heating is introduced,and the introduction of heat pump combined cooling and heating is introduced.Through the selection of both city central heating and electric refrigeration WTL Hotel case analysis,through the analysis of examples is proposed for scheme of heat pump system based on hot and cold,by simulating the operation data and the comparative analysis of energy conservation and different conditions of the program selection,selected the suitable scheme,combined with the city for domestic hot water heating network,heat pump recovery summer cooling water heat supply and the excess heat is conveyed back to the heating network,new ideas through the use of a heat pump in winter to return to reduce the return water temperature for heating.Through the scheme,it can be concluded that reducing the backwater temperature can increase the heating area of the current pipe network.The project investment is calculated according to the amount of reconstruction project,and the financial feasibility of the project is determined by calculating the payback period of the project.It is feasible to confirm the application of this project.Through the principle analysis of sewage source heat pump,research on the application of sewage source heat pump in central heating,the principle that the sewage source heat pump system for thermal cycling,high efficiency and low consumption in order to make the operation of the system.For this reason,a reasonable technical route has been drawn up.In the application,according to the technical route,complete describes the implementation of the application process,by binding to the TTY area of sewage source heat pump and central heating,technology implementation,and establishing reasonable system parameters,equipment selection and matching scheme layout,so as to achieve the replacement of winter heating network in summer,refrigeration,heat recovery and transition season reovering after heat to the heating pipe network.Finally describes the need to pay attention to in theimplementation of the program,so as to guide opinions on after the sewage source heat pump application in central heating.Rock heat pump system as a new technology in the utilization of deep geothermal energy,due to the limitation of the city central heating network,the combination does not have central heating pipe network in the city area,to study the application of the technology in the heating.Firstly,geothermal and geothermal energy are introduced,and the non disturbing ground rock heat pump technology in geothermal energy is introduced briefly.Combined with the engineering case of KLY heating service center,the scheme of ground rock heat pump heating and gas-fired boiler room heating is discussed,and the advantages and disadvantages are compared.Finally,the ground heat pump system with larger technical advantages is chosen as the final scheme of the project,and the financial analysis of the final scheme further verifies the feasibility of the technology in the economy.The environmental benefit of heating by gas-fired heat pump technology is compared with that of gas fired boiler room.This technology is a new way of heating by using renewable energy.
