The survey and design consulting industry is mainly composed of knowledge intensive enterprises,whose employees are composed of typical knowledge-based employees.They are the most potential production factors and carriers of design innovation,and have become important strategic resources for survey and design consulting enterprises to obtain competitive advantages.With the acceleration of the transformation of public institutions into enterprises,the survey and design consulting industry has gradually gotten involved in market competition.The survey and design consulting enterprises must reform their management system in order to survive and develop in the competitive market economy environment.It’s very important for enterprise find the way to improve the salary satisfaction and enterprise loyalty of knowledge workers and maximize the knowledge capital of knowledge workers.Enterprises must establish scientific and effective management method.Salary management plays an important role in human resource management.This thesis takes Architectural Design Company A as the research object.This company has been transformed into an enterprise.Through the questionnaire survey,the data of knowledge-based enterprise employees are collected and summarized,and the data are are used for empirical research by SPSS and Amos software.The Chain mediation between knowledge-based enterprise employees’ salary satisfaction,salary system perception,salary fairness perception and organizational commitment is found.According to the research conclusion,the broadband salary theory is applied to the salary system of Architectural Design Company A.Through the optimization and adjustment of the salary system,Company A has realized the transition from the traditional salary system to the modern enterprise salary management,breaking the traditional salary mechanism of determining the salary level according to the Title and grade,and gradually transforming to the position based salary system.It’s important to improve the personal ability and motivate employees.And making enterprises adapt to the development needs of modern Marketization.Finally,this thesis make some suggestions and prospects based on the broadband salary scheme,and analyzes the possible problems in the future.It has a certain significance to explore the salary management mechanism of knowledge-based enterprises in the survey and design consulting industry.
