Due to the rapid development of the city,various serious urban environmental problems have followed in recent years.Major cities have begun to work on urban ecological construction and urban disaster prevention and mitigation.The resilience concept has been widely used and developed.The urban ecological resilience theory described in this paper is based on the theory of resilience,which studies the urban ecological planning in depth.Through combing its connotation,characteristics and mechanism of action,it summarizes the key elements of ecological resilience and the construction framework,and chooses the northwest.The demonstration site of the ecological new area construction in the region--Xi'an Chan-ba Ecological District is the object of assessment.Through the analysis and summary of the urban ecological toughness status of the ecological region,the urban ecological toughness assessment quantitative method is designed based on these current problems,and the potential cities are targeted.Problems and under-constructions propose urban ecological resilience improvement planning strategies with sustainable characteristics.The paper mainly includes five research parts:The first part: Explain the current ecological environment construction problems faced by China's cities in the process of construction.Based on the current climate change challenges faced by urban development and urban pollution,this paper proposes the transformation and countermeasures of urban ecological construction—the theory of urban ecological resilience.The second part: The study of urban ecological resilience theory is mainly concentrated in the second chapter.Firstly,the development of urban ecological resilience theory and the typical case of urban ecological resilience construction are reviewed.On this basis,the basic research on the connotation,dynamic mechanism model and key elements of urban ecological resilience theory is carried out.The third part: Including the third chapter of the paper,according to the dynamic mechanism and key elements of urban ecological resilience summarized in the second part,this paper makes a qualitative analysis of the status quo of urban ecological environment in Chan-ba Ecological District from four aspects: ecological environment construction,infrastructure construction,urban resource allocation and environmental governance.It can be seen from the analysis of the status quo that the eco-environment construction in the eco-region has obvious effects,but the air quality is poor,and the water treatment still needs to be strengthened;the urban infrastructure construction is relatively perfect,but the public transportation and communication facilities are perfect.The degree still needs to be improved;however,energy consumption is still large,nonfossil energy use is not high;environmental governance efficiency still needs to be improved.According to the ecological toughness problem of several aspects summarized above,the screening of ecological toughness assessment indicators and the construction of assessment methods were carried out.The fourth part: including the fourth chapter of the thesis,firstly through the screening of urban ecological common evaluation methods to determine the use of analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive evaluation method for urban ecological resilience assessment quantitative research.Based on the theory of urban ecological resilience,this paper uses the literature review method and the status quo of ecological toughness in the ecological region to further screen and explain the evaluation indicators,so as to design the urban ecological resilience evaluation index system,and through the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process.The weights of each evaluation index are assigned,and finally the evaluation index calculation model is constructed by the comprehensive evaluation method.Secondly,using the urban ecological resilience assessment method to calculate the indicator data and the evaluation index of the ecological environment,infrastructure construction,resource allocation and urban environmental governance in Xi'an Chan-ba Ecological District from 2010 to 2017,Through data analysis,the changes in urban ecological toughness in the ecological area in the past eight years were summarized.The fifth part: According to the quantitative analysis of the ecological toughness of Xi'an Chan-ba Ecological District,the calculation results and their changes,and explore the ecological toughness potential of Xi'an Chan-ba Ecological District,from the spatial planning and policy recommendations,respectively,to the ecological environment,infrastructure construction,The four aspects of resource allocation and environmental governance propose specific strategies for improving the ecological resilience of Xi'an Chan-ba Ecological District.
