Aiming at the problem that the service of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway can not meet the increasingly diversified needs of people,this paper puts forward the innovative concept of a high-speed railway fitness car service system.Through the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing research,a new service design model is constructed and applied to the design practice of the high-speed Railway fitness car service system.The work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.Through the investigation and analysis of the passenger flow and travel purpose of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway,combined with the relevant knowledge of psychology and physiology,explore the feasibility of fitness demand on Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing service design model,based on the concept of service design,a service design method model integrating the Delphi method,TRIZ theory,QFD,service blueprint,and other methods are proposed.2.Apply the new service design model to complete the service design practice of the high-speed rail fitness car system.Firstly,the Delphi method is used to consult the selected experts to screen out the functions and characteristics of high-speed railway fitness car,to build a QFD house of quality,and find out the negative correlation.Then,the TRIZ theory is used to standardize the conflict problem,and the conflict matrix and invention principle are used to find out the feasible solution to the conflict.Through service scenario analysis,stakeholder analysis,and contract analysis,the service blueprint of the high-speed rail fitness car system is constructed.3.based on the existing 12306 APP ticketing process,add the function of fitness seat ticketing and complete the design of the fitness service module.Completed the ticket process,booking process,repair process,punch function,fitness recommendation,feedback evaluation,and other functions of the relevant interface prototype design.A multi-functional fitness chair suitable for a sedentary high-speed railway is designed.The fitness and riding functions of the fitness chair are combined organically.Through the finite element analysis,the optimization scheme for the structural design of the fitness chair is put forward.This paper provides a theoretical reference for the future service innovation of high-speed railway,and the multi-functional fitness chair for high-speed railway has good practical value. |
