In a social environment where economic development is prioritized, workplace competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and employees working overtime has become the norm in corporate work. The high-pressure environment threatens the health and safety of high-value creation groups, and employees’ mental health and work pressure are gradually being valued by all aspects. As a typical place to provide fitness and decompression services for high-pressure work groups,Ziroom Apartment Raw Club gym can no longer meet the diverse fitness and decompression needs of members in a high-pressure work environment.Operational performance and user stickiness have declined. In the academic field, scholars have relatively weak research on service design in the field of sports and fitness, and their research focuses on the evaluation of the quality of sports and fitness services and the design of sports and fitness information service systems, and the research on user needs and service design optimization of members in the context of fitness decompression Lack of attention. Therefore, starting from the point of view of members participating in fitness stress reduction services in Raw Club gym,we explore the real needs of members in the fitness stress reduction service process, and adopt targeted optimization strategies based on the service contact theory, which can not only make up for the gaps in existing fitness stress reduction services. It can also enrich the theoretical system of service design research in the field of sports and fitness. The research of the subject starts with a field investigation of the situation of the fitness and stress reduction venues in the Ziroom Apartment Raw Club gym.Through the analysis of various functional spaces, stress relief service content, service models and the status quo of stakeholders,it is concluded that the fitness and stress reduction of the Raw Club gym is carried out.Service existing problems and solving opportunities;through the user experience journey map to analyze the members’ fitness and stress reduction experience process and service touch points, and obtain the service touch points and corresponding opportunities in the three dimensions of scene, actor, and performance.Next, analyze the user needs of the fitness stress reduction service in the Ziroom Apartment Raw Club gym,use questionnaire surveys and user interviews to explore the actual needs of members in the four dimensions of fitness environment quality, interactive service quality, fitness course quality and participation effect quality, and propose Corresponding optimization directions, and finally summarize user needs.Summarizing and sorting out the service gaps that need to be solved for the fitness stress reduction service of Ziroom Apartment Raw Club gym, through the introduction of new touch fitness APP and smart wearable equipment, the optimization strategy of fitness stress reduction service design is proposed from the three dimensions of scene, performance, and actors, and Evaluate the optimization strategy, and provide optimization strategies for spatial layout, environmental atmosphere, fitness plan, course reservation, service evaluation, and information communication for the iteration of the Raw Club gym fitness stress reduction service system to meet the ever-changing fitness reduction of the high-pressure work group.Pressure demand. The subject uses the Ziroom Apartment Raw Club gym as a carrier to build a fitness decompression service system that meets the diversified fitness and decompression needs of high-pressure work groups, assists high-pressure work groups to improve the experience quality of fitness and decompression, and increases the operational performance of Raw Club gym.Subsequent and further research in the field provides a working basis for design perspectives, making the fitness and stress reduction experience of high-pressure work groups a new perspective for service design.
