Research On Employability And Training Strategies Of Engineering Talents Oriented To Social Needs

Under the background of the transformation from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing in China,the rapid development of a new round of scientific and technological and industrial revolution,represented by information technology such as big data technology,Internet of things,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,have put forward new requirements on the ability and quality of engineering talents.However,there are still structural problems in China’s manufacturing talent team,the problem of disconnection between manufacturing talent training and market demand is serious.So in the new industrial environment,what ability engineers should have to meet the challenges of the industrial revolution and how to cultivate high-quality engineering talents that meet the needs of society is an urgent problem at present.This study takes the employability of engineering talents as the research object.Employability is the ability that workers need to obtain initial employment to maintain employment and obtain new employment,and it is a key node connecting talent training and the demand of labor market.This paper aims to analyze the composition of the employability of engineering talents,explore the training strategies of engineering talents,and promote the reform of engineering education in China.Therefore,this study selects recruitment advertisements of enterprises as the data source,using data statistics to explore the current situation of social demand for engineering talents.The results show that the social demand for engineering talents mainly includes six categories: mechanical manufacturing,information technology,production management,work experience,professional accomplishment and compound skill.Then analyze the employability of engineering talents from the three dimensions of cognitive emotional skills based on social needs and the guidance of Bloom’s Theory of Education target classification and summarize the nine specific employability of engineering talents.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the cultivation of employability of engineering talents in China,putting forward relevant strategies for improving the employability of engineering talents...
