| In recent years,Suzhou has developed rapidly in all aspects of social and economy,and the urbanization level within its jurisdiction has been continuously improved.However,in the core area of Suzhou,it is subject to the dual constraints of the traffic network capacity limitation and the protection policy of "comprehensive protection of the ancient city style".After analyzing this conflict,the paper argues that transportation planning with accessibility can help solving the current problems and cope with the challenges in the future.The definition,influencing factors and evaluation methods of accessibility are the basis for establishing relevant theories.In this paper,the accessibility of research purposes will be defined as: in certain urban land use and traffic system,people or things utilize one or more ways to travel to participate in activities or how easy it is to the destination.On this basis,four factors affecting accessibility under the restriction of urban protection policy are analyzed: transportation system factor,commercial building usage factor,time factor and individual factor.After detailed analysis of the specific characteristics of the four factors and their relationship,the accessibility index system under the background of famous city protection is established,and the main influencing factors of the accessibility model are determined.A Generalized Impedance of multi-mode Traffic in Ancient Urban Area(GI-MT)model was established.This paper reviews the advantages and disadvantages of four common accessibility evaluation models and their application scope.Through comparison and selection,this paper establishes the Model of multi-mode Transportation in the Context of Famous City(FCP-MT)on the basis of the gravity Model Protection.FCP-MT model describes multi-mode travel from the micro level,which lays a foundation for quantitative research on the impact of building function on traffic demand.In order to analyze the interaction between building function and traffic demand,and in view of the characteristics of building agglomeration in ancient urban areas,the paper focuses on the influence of building function on accessibility,including the production and scale of starting traffic,the attraction and capacity of destination traffic and other factors.Combined the overall traffic attraction of building functions with the FCP-MT accessibility model through the combined model of traffic distribution and traffic allocation in the traffic demand prediction model.An improved accessibility model of Different Building Functions under the Protection of Famous Cities(FCP-BF)is constructed to study this relationship.The results show that reasonable optimization of building functional layout can enhance the attraction between buildings with different functions,improve regional accessibility,internalize traffic demand,shorten travel distance,reduce unnecessary travel,and alleviate urban traffic congestion. |
