Entering the stage of rapid urbanization, the contradiction between the development and construction of urban and rural areas in my country and the protection and inheritance of historical and cultural heritage has become increasingly prominent, and it has increasingly received high attention from relevant state departments.Nowadays, the development of modern urban planning pays more and more attention to people-oriented planning concepts and humanized construction, which makes urban and rural development gradually shift from focusing on material space to the quality of residents’ daily life.As living settlements with unique historical value and regional culture, traditional villages occupy an important position in my country’s historical and cultural heritage protection system. However, with the rapid development of the society, many traditional villages have carried out tourism development to promote the protection work, which makes the villages face problems such as over-development,population loss, and a large number of daily life space being squeezed. Therefore, the research on the transformation of the daily life space of the traditional tourism-oriented villages has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of the protection-oriented villages under the background of the rural revitalization strategy.First of all, based on the "spatial triadic dialectics" model of the theory of spatial production and the inherent logical relationship between power, capital and spatial production, this paper combines the daily life of tourist-oriented traditional villages. The inherent characteristics of the transformation of living space,to construct the analytical framework of "the characteristics of spatial transformation-spatial interaction-spatial transformation mechanism" of the daily life space of tourism-oriented traditional villages from the perspective of spatial production.Secondly, the national traditional villages such as Luxiang Ancient Village,Sanshan Qiaotou Village and Mingyuewan Ancient Village, which are relatively mature in tourism development, are selected as the research objects.Through the collection of relevant research materials and field research, the spatial evolution process of their daily life is sorted out and summarized, and the spatial transformation is carried out.Analysis of three dimensions: characteristics, spatial transformation interaction, and spatial transformation mechanism. The study found that,in terms of the characteristics of spatial transformation, the living space has changed from a single residential function space to a multi-functional complex space, the employment space has changed from the traditional agricultural space to the integration of the three industries, the consumption space has changed from the consumption in space to the consumption of space, and the leisure space has changed. From a linear network-like space to a block-like centralized space. In terms of spatial interaction, there is a two-way influence relationship between the transformation of space and social subjects, which reflects the social nature of village development. In terms of the spatial transformation mechanism, there are also differences in the driving forces of the spatial transformation of villages in different development stages. In the traditional agricultural stage, social forces dominate the spontaneous construction of the space. In the coexistence stage of agriculture and tourism, power and capital forces lead to accelerate the spatial transformation. The tourism consumption stage is mainly composed of Multiple forces jointly influence the transformation of the expansion space. Finally, this study believes that tourism development has both positive and negative effects on the protection and development of traditional villages. The key lies in the development of "degree".It proposes principles and goals for spatial transformation guidance, and aims at the current spatial transformation of tourism-oriented traditional villages’ daily life.Faced with problems, put forward planning and guiding strategies. The analysis finds that the spatial transformation of daily life in the three villages faces problems such as the gradual disappearance of spatial tradition, the lack of residents’ subjectivity status, and the prominent conflict of interests among multiple forces.Correspondingly, guiding strategies should be proposed, and policies should guide appropriate tourism development;strictly control the architectural style to reshape the traditional living space of the village;transform the main body of space service and guide villagers to participate in construction to enhance the main body of the villagers;through the establishment of relevant co-governance mechanisms and power mechanisms to balance the interests of multiple parties.
