Since 2012,the Central Government have successively issued a series of documents on the protection of traditional villages. At present, the protection of traditional villages is under the attention of the central government, and the work is intensively carried out,and it is actively and steadily advancing. In 2021,in the context of the "14th Five-Year Plan",the national policy level proposes to "protect traditional villages, ethnic villages and rural features, and strictly forbid the arbitrary withdrawal of villages to build large communities, and large-scale demolition and construction against the wishes of farmers" and "optimize the layout" Rural living space, strict protection of agricultural production space and rural ecological space",aiming to guide the protection and development of traditional villages across the country should take the overall goal of beautiful and livable living space, efficient and intensive production space, and beautiful ecological space, and proceed in an orderly manner.Environmental improvement and protection of traditional villages, and restraint in the process of urbanization and rural revitalization, such as large-scale merging of villages and large-scale demolition and construction activities that go against the wishes of farmers.Due to its special topography and geomorphology and abundant natural resource conditions, the hilly area of Mianyang has nurtured traditional villages with distinctive regional characteristics in the area. They have certain commonalities in village site selection, settlement layout, settlement morphology, and cultural composition.Restricted by factors such as location transportation, policy intervention, foreign investment, endogenous power, and geographical environment, there are differences in their spatial development.Due to the lack of scientific and reasonable guidance, disorderly development and construction have led to the gradual loss of original rural characteristics and village vitality. The overall trend is depletion, and problems such as the hollowing of village space, fragmentation of living space, inefficiency of production functions, and disorder of ecological functions have intensified. Therefore, traditional villages in this area urgently need to restore the original power that drives the normal operation of their living, production, and ecological space subsystems through a systematic and comprehensive space optimization path, and maintain the coordinated development of the three. This research first uses the literature review method to sort out and integrate the relevant literature on the research of Production-Living-Ecology space at home and abroad and traditional village space research, and clearly defines the concept of Production-LivingEcology space.Subsequently, this research summarized the methods of identifying and classifying the Production-Living-Ecology space at different research area scales, the analysis method of pattern characteristics, and the optimization method, and constructed the thesis’ s thinking on the Production-Living-Ecology space research. At the same time,it has sorted out the current research direction of traditional village space under different subject knowledge systems.Based on the analysis of the relevant theoretical basis and the practical cases of Production-Living-Ecology spatial optimization at the village scale, the Arc GIS spatial analysis method is used to carry out the preliminary research work, and the natural ecological characteristics, economic and social characteristics and the characteristics of the research area are analyzed. The spatial distribution characteristics, site selection characteristics, and core residential morphological characteristics of traditional villages in the region, and the establishment of the Production-Living-Ecology spatial identification and classification system of traditional villages in the hilly area of Mianyang.Using participatory farmer assessment methods to conduct field investigations in the study area,it was concluded that the traditional village development in this area mainly involves the disorderly construction of living space, the disappearance of cultural heritage, the weak recognition of the main body of production space management, the inefficient allocation, the breakthrough of ecological space, and the resources. The problem of dependence and the incompatibility and lack of coordination of the Production-Living-Ecology space. It clarified the spatial optimization objectives and principles of the Production-Living-Ecology space of traditional villages in the hilly area of Mianyang, and introduced the concept of green growth to explore the "Ecology+" traditional villages Production-Living-Ecology spatial pattern optimization model.Under the guidance of the model, the integration and optimization strategy for the Production-LivingEcology space of traditional villages is proposed from the three aspects of ecological red line management and control, homestead renovation and resource aggregation;from the three dimensions of ecological network construction, public space node activation, and industrial area layout The Production-Living-Ecology spatial structure of traditional villages proposes a deconstruction and optimization strategy;a coordinated optimization strategy for the Production-Living-Ecology spatial function of traditional villages is proposed from the three aspects of livable life, efficient production and ecological conservation. In addition, the strategy of supporting and optimizing the spatial development of traditional villages in terms of inheriting intangible cultural heritage, guiding construction in phases, innovating operation and management mechanisms, and exploring the development path of regional linkages has also been proposed. Finally, take Tielu Village in Mianyang City as an example to carry out an empirical study on the optimization of the spatial pattern of traditional villages. |
