| In recent years,the development of our country freeway is increasingly perfect.But its industrial development and expansion,the economic construction of our country to highway requirement to a peak,more to promote its construction efficiency a level.As a result,the bottleneck of expressway engineering in China arises,which is the conflict of interest between high construction cost and relatively tight construction funds.With public welfare and public construction projects,on capital controls,often requires construction companies to put every penny of engineering investment in the public interest,and strive for the great big infrastructure projects in construction cost,the most reasonable cost control methods,thereby creating a higher investment profits and benefits.However,from the actual condition of highway construction and the cost control,the implementation effect is not ideal.In the aspect of expressway cost management,we cannot formulate cost control and management strategies according to conventional methods like ordinary enterprises,nor can we form a single investment and construction method like ordinary public welfare organizations.Therefore,in the construction of highway,we should absorb advanced management ideas and methods fully and work out a more complete set of cost control and management strategy,which is a major task urgently to be solved.The traditional earned value method is used to control the project cost and progress comprehensively,and the data related to the project cost and progress are summarized and counted,and three main indexes and four evaluation indexes are obtained.Y based on highway construction project as an example,the article on the basis of the traditional earned value method was improved,increasing the secondary earned value,can use the work breakdown structure to bridge engineering are decomposed into independent accounting of the subprojects,earned value analysis of each component,the secondary earned value method can further to analyze the causes of cost progress deviation,find out the root cause of deviation problem.After the subprojects are summarized,the earned value of quality is introduced on the basis of the whole project,and the earned value of quality model is established,which is compared and analyzed from three aspects: cost,schedule and quality.Find out the root cause of the difference,and take corresponding measures to adjust,and finally put forward reasonable countermeasures and improvement suggestions to improve the application of earned value method in construction projects.The application of earned value method in construction projects can sum up practical experience for construction companies,and has reference significance for other similar construction projects.At the same time,it also has very important reference significance for improving the comprehensive level of construction project cost management. |
