Company B is a joint venture,which is a high-end brand of auto parts enterprises established by Dongfeng Motor Parts and Components Group Co.,Ltd and Brose Group.It is an important initiative for Dongfeng Group entering the high-end brand auto parts,and also the important strategic of Brose Group to obtain Dongfeng Nissan’s and Dongfeng Honda’s new projects.Company B born in Y2015 and faced the decline of the automotive industry immediately.Especially for SL company,the main customer of B company,the volume of sales declined sharply for four consecutive years from Y2015.Company B whose turnover less than 400 million became losing money for three years and need support from both shareholders to sustain,from the enterprises whose annual turnover is more than 1billion and profits of more than 20%.As the auto market enter into the stock competition,the enterprise focus on their supply chain.Company B gradually realized the importance of supply chain: A competitive supply chain can be very helpful to obtain some key projects,and a high-quality and stable supply chain can ensure the supply of materials at a critical time,to help enterprises restore customer confidence.This thesis studies B company’s procurement and supply chain management situation.First to analysis the enterprise’s current purchasing management,warehouse management,to find out the current problems.Second considering the auto marketing outside and B company’s cultural background internally,combining the supplier chain knowledge and research findings from the scholars,proposing to cut down the cost internally,to support the supplier do the cost down,to strengthen the supplier management,and to joint management inventory,finding a way to improve the purchasing management,and providing the feasible action program.Finally,evaluate the implementation plan by the actual benefits to the enterprise,including issuing the KPI to Purchasing Department and Technology Department,and purchasing from two sources.
