With the improvement of modern management level,more and more enterprises gradually realize the importance of supply logistics management for enterprise development and production and operating activities,meanwhile the development of China's automobile manufacturing industry in recent years has tended to be slow even declined,while the cost has been high,managers are turning to supply logistics management for profit.S company is a typical automotive parts manufacturing enterprise,which is in a disadvantaged position in the automotive industry chain,belonging to multi-variety,technology-intensive,capital-intensive and discrete manufacturing enterprise,and lack of systemic supply logistics system,even arising the situation of production break down but with high inventory,which leads to big loss during the operation of the company.To continuously improve the competitiveness in the market,S company has begun to advocate just-in-time production mode and put forward higher requirement for supply logistics in material organizing and management etc.,which makes the improvement of S company's supply logistics management extremely necessary.This paper introduces the current status of supply logistics management of S company,mainly through suppliers,purchasing plan and inventory management three aspects analyzes the supply logistics system which need to be improved,and finds more issues of the supplier management not standardized,purchasing plan information unreasonable and inaccurate and the raw material inventory higher etc.,which are mainly due to the reasons of the supplier selection lack of scientific evaluation system,purchasing plan without a sound systemic information management and supporting assessment system,inventory control no scientific method management and so on.Then in view of raw material supply logistics management existing problems and reasons of S company,formulates specific optimization scheme,including the use of supplier rating scorecard to evaluate suppliers' performance to realize the optimization of supplier management,through enhances system material data and ERP systematic implementation to improve purchasing plan management,optimizes inventory management using ABC classification management,designs Periodic/Quantitative Order models to validate raw material ordering mode and applies VMI&JMI supply chain inventory management etc.,to improve S company supply logistics management level.This paper takes S company supply logistics management present situation as an example to research,one is for S company to standard supply logistics system including supplier management,purchasing plan management and inventory management to establish a set of effective management method,promote the competitiveness of S company in the auto parts manufacturing industry,the second is to break other scholars usually study supply logistics in the field of automotive industry.Meanwhile the problems existing in the supply logistics management of S company have some common characteristics in the automotive parts manufacturing industry,and it is hoped that the research of this paper can provide some reference for other similar enterprises.
