Research On Supply Chain Financial Innovation Model Based On Construction Industry Bidding And Procurement Platform

The construction industry bidding platform refers to an online service enterprise that provides bidding services for construction enterprises.Compared with the traditional bidding platform or public resource center,the construction industry bidding platform has obvious advantages in organizational structure,information technology means and service efficiency.In this regard,this paper will take SCW as an example to deeply analyze the current situation and characteristics of the bidding and procurement platform in the construction industry,and analyze the problems existing in the supply chain field of China’s construction industry.Combined with the actual situation of SCW network,this paper puts forward solutions and innovative ideas for the development of SCW network and supply chain finance in China’s construction industry from the aspects of policies and regulations,business model and enterprise operation and maintenance model.This paper deconstructs the operation and maintenance mode of the existing bidding and procurement platform,puts forward targeted rationalization suggestions,and hopes that the bidding and procurement platform in the construction industry can enrich service functions,improve service capacity,and develop applicable financing convenience tools.The potential solutions and models proposed in this paper can make the bidding and procurement platform of the construction industry based on the actual situation of the industry,innovate business models and increase service categories on the basis of legal compliance,strengthen the construction of internal control system,improve operation transparency,reduce violation risk,protect the interests of financial institutions and market participants,and promote the healthy development of the industry.
