Supply chain finance is developing rapidly in China and gradually infiltrating into the construction industry.Various large central enterprises,financial institutions and other platforms are accelerating the layout,and the development of supply chain finance in the construction industry has great potential.Are able to carry out construction industry supply chain finance business,it has to do with the industry in recent years digital reform have inseparable connection,compared with traditional rough type development,BIM technology rapid development in recent years,large construction enterprises to speed up the digital platform,at the same time,small and medium-sized enterprises to large enterprises,actively platform for information dissemination gradually smooth.Aiming at the urgent problems of large capital demand,single financing channel and high financing cost of construction smes,it is the common goal of the state and all platforms to innovate financing channels and improve the financing efficiency of smes.The layout of supply chain finance business in the construction industry is not only of practical significance to alleviate the financing difficulties of smes,but also plays an important role in accelerating the flow of capital in the construction industry and reducing the operational risks of enterprises.On the basis of previous studies on supply chain finance by domestic and foreign scholars,this paper uses case analysis,theoretical analysis,SWOT-PEST analysis,etc.,to conduct indepth research on the mode of supply chain finance,its application and development in the construction industry,and analyzes glodon’s supply chain finance business.And the enterprise business is compared with other platform supply chain finance business.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects: First,theoretical research,combined with public information,literature and other information to summarize the concepts,theories and forms related to supply chain finance;Secondly,combined with the specific background of the construction industry,based on the case study of Glodon supply chain finance business,analyze the operation mechanism and characteristics of the enterprise’s supply chain finance products,study the internal and external risks faced by its supply chain finance business,and compare with other platform business models to build A SWOT-PEST matrix.Business competitiveness analysis in macro and micro environment;Finally,glodon should increase investment in technology research and development,increase cooperation with financial institutions,and creatively play the advantages of core enterprises.Suggestions on maintaining business independence and strengthening platform information authentication,and prospects for the development of supply chain finance business in China’s construction industry.Through the case study selected in this paper,the following enlightenment is drawn: in order to promote the improvement and innovation of enterprise supply chain finance,enterprises should increase the investment in technology research and development,increase the cooperation with financial institutions,and creatively play the advantages of core enterprises;In order to reduce the risks faced by business,enterprises should take risk prevention measures,maintain business independence and strengthen platform information authentication.Through the research and analysis of construction industry supply chain finance business,the following two prospects are drawn: construction industry supply chain finance will drive the improvement of industry digital level,construction industry supply chain finance business will improve the financing efficiency of enterprises.
