| In the trend of economic globalization,more and more enterprises in order to further develop,expand their business scope around the world,business types show the characteristics of diversification,branches and subsidiaries are increasing.This also brings new challenges to the traditional accounting and financial management mode of enterprises,and the emergence of financial sharing services can help solve the current problems faced by enterprises.Many enterprises in China,represented by l group,have taken financial sharing service as the transformation direction of traditional financial management.Through the reconstruction of financial process,they have realized highly automatic and standardized processing,which has achieved the goal of reducing the operating cost of financial department,strengthening group control and improving efficiency.However,due to the fact that China’s financial sharing service is still in the primary stage,many aspects are not mature enough,and there is not enough case reference in line with China’s actual situation,there are more or less problems to be solved in the construction of Financial Sharing Service Center.This paper studies the construction of the Financial Sharing Service Center of l group,analyzes the mode and process reengineering of l group when it implements financial sharing service,and finds that the management and control financial sharing service center can optimize the financial management of enterprises in many aspects,but at the same time,there are some problems,such as the backward strategic structure,the unreasonable setting of some core business processes,and the standard Problems such as insufficient degree of commercialization.Therefore,according to the above shortcomings,this paper puts forward the relevant optimization scheme to improve,in order to provide reference for l group,and also for other enterprises in China to build financial sharing service center. |
