| Chinese automotive industry is facing a critical period of consumption upgrading and industry transformation.Electrification and intellectualization have become the next direction of development.With lots of new companies joining,the automotive industry is facing new opportunities and challenges.This also puts forward higher requirements for the upstream enterprises,that is,how to achieve mass production more quickly under the premise of ensuring quality and economy.Automotive parts have more stringent requirements than normal industrial products,which required scientific new product development program management.Kairui company is a typical automotive component manufacturing enterprise,this dissertation will mainly study its program management process.First,analyse the current situation and point out the problem such as unclear scope,many change requirements,short project lead time,ineffective time control,insufficient cost control and low quality conformity rate for the early launch phase.Then,make the optimization for scope,time,cost and quality management,such as setting scope benchmarks,strengthening change management,applying project management software,establishing cost control system,using quality analysis tool and enhancing process audit,etc.Finally,strengthening communication,managing the issue list and improving risk management to ensure the process optimization,and promoting continuous improvement.Combining the project management knowledge with practical work experience,this dissertation summed up some methods and tools,which improved the program management process of Kairui company.Meanwhile,give some reference for similar companies. |
