Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology,the object of ship research has developed from the former physical ship to the present complex and huge ship system.The difficulty in ship simulation research is that the ship system contains a large number of subsystem models with different disciplines and modeling methods,these subsystem models are highly coupled and the characteristics of weak compatibility make it difficult to integrate subsystems into a whole ship system.Therefore,how to integrate the simulation models across different modeling platforms and different disciplines into a complex ship system for accurate and rapid joint simulation has gradually developed into one of the key scientific research directions of ship system simulation technology.Because the research of ship complex system needs a variety of suppliers to provide subsystem models based on different modeling methods,the format of these subsystem models is difficult to unify,resulting in some common model integration and co-simulation methods,such as difficult universal compatibility of models,complex secondary development work and so on.Under the above background,aiming at the requirements of co-simulation of ship motion system,this paper selects FMI(functional mock up interface)standard technology as the core technology to study the co-simulation system of ship motion.Firstly,this paper studies the FMI standard technology and makes the scheme design of the co-simulation system,then completes the modeling of the ship subsystem models on Simulink platform and Modelica platform,and encapsulates the model according to the FMU model format.Based on the interface function specification in FMI standard,the cosimulation process is designed,the co-simulation master algorithm is compiled,and based on this,the co-simulation engine and simulation result display window are developed.Finally,the three-dimensional visual simulation model is established by using Vega Prime software,the ocean and wave effects are added,and the three-dimensional visual simulation effect of ship motion is realized.Using the above research results,this paper completes the development of the cross platform co-simulation system of ship motion based on FMI standard.Finally,the ship turning simulation test and zigzag simulation test are carried out to test the function of the system,the system simulation results are analyzed and verified that the core technical standards,method specifications and process algorithms applied in this research can meet the development requirements of the co-simulation system,it is verified that the cross platform co-simulation system of ship motion based on FMI standard has the accuracy of simulation results and the practicability of simulation function.
