| Automobile road test is an important technical measure for the performance evaluation and research and development of vehicles.However,the traditional automobile road test has the disadvantages of large investment cost,long test period,and large test risk.The use of virtual reality technology can overcome these shortcomings,so Researchers can use virtual reality technology to conduct research on automobile road trials.With the continuous improvement and maturity of virtual reality technology,it has become an effective test method to use virtual reality technology to establish a virtual testing ground for automobiles and complete related performance tests.This article uses Multigen Creator visual simulation software to build a virtual proving ground for vehicles and uses Vega Prime real-time driving simulation software to achieve realtime driving of test vehicles in the proving ground.Then,combined with the secondary development platform of MFC,a visual simulation application for vehicle dynamic test is established,To achieve the relevant dynamic test of the vehicle in the virtual test field of the car.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Multigen Creator establishes a simulation model.Use the Multigen Creator visual simulation software to build a virtual test field for automobiles,including high-speed loop roads,straight-line comprehensive test roads,ramps and auxiliary facilities,test vehicle simulation models and driver sitting posture models.It focuses on the construction of various test roads in the proving ground,the modeling process of vehicles and the modeling process of driver’s sitting posture,and introduces the key modeling techniques and model optimization techniques used in the modeling process.(2)Real-time driving of Vega Prime virtual simulation scenarios.Use the visual editing window of Lynx Prime real-time driving simulation software of Vega Prime to configure the established virtual test scene and test vehicle,which mainly includes the setting of the observation channel,the creation of the motion mode,the addition of collision detection,and the use of the navigator and path information module The vehicle is configured with corresponding path information to realize the initialization of the vehicle dynamic test visual simulation program.(3)Under the development environment of VC++9.0,the vehicle simulation test application based on MFC dialog box is established.First,configure the compilation environment of VC++9.0,secondly transform and encapsulate the code in Vega Prime,and finally add controls and write relevant control codes in the dialog box to realize the visual simulation of the vehicle dynamics test. |
