| Material distribution is one of the important links of production logistics in plant.It is also a bridge links to all steps of production and manufacturing,which runs through the whole production process.In the process of material distribution,the most important point is to send the right quantity of materials to the correct station at the right time.The balance and rationality of material distribution as well as the timeliness of arriving at a specific station directly affect the fluency of production.Therefore,a good material distribution process will not only improve the logistics efficiency and reduce the logistics cost,but also enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper expounds the development of P Company and its current situation of material distribution.It analyzes the process of material distribution by using the observation analysis method,and summarizes the problems existing in the process.Referring to relevant theories and methods of lean production and material distribution,this paper analyzes the root cause of the problems from the perspectives of personnel,machine,material,method and surrounding.(2)Determine the corresponding solutions combined with the root cause.Firstly,the picking by light system is introduced to improve the efficiency and accuracy of material picking.Secondly,the Kanban is added in raw materials.The combination of light system and electronic Kanban improves the distribution efficiency between processes and warehouses to ensure "zero inventory"management.Based on the theory of lean production,the distribution path and tools are improved to achieve the goal of line balance.(3)The theoretical scheme is applied to practice,which provides the guarantee from the aspects of implementation plan,control and personnel training.It summarizes the effect and looks forward to the future.This paper mainly takes the assembly workshop of P Company as the research object.It takes the problem finding,analysis and solution as the research idea.Lean production and material distribution is the theoretical basis.The material distribution plan alleviates the problems of excessive storage space,untimely material distribution and wrong materials.Meanwhile,it solves the capacity bottleneck,reduces cost and increases efficiency.This paper paves the way for the future construction of the company and provides reference for the same industry. |
