Abstract/Summary:
In the era of science and technology,the development of science and technology is very important for national development or enterprise development.The development of science and technology must adhere to innovation.As early as 2006,China recognized the importance of scientific and technological innovation and took it as the development goal.As an important part of China’s economy,state-owned enterprises can not be ignored in national and economic development.Similarly,we should also pay attention to the improvement of enterprise innovation ability.However,due to historical reasons,state-owned enterprises often bear political tasks and social responsibilities,which will be affected by government decisions in their development.At the same time,the cumbersome and lengthy agency chain of state-owned enterprises also makes enterprises have problems such as low level of internal governance and poor quality of internal control,which makes state-owned enterprises unable to compare with private enterprises of the same scale in innovation.In order to solve this problem,China took the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises as a new direction of state-owned enterprise reform in 2013,and the importance of state-owned enterprise reform was emphasized again.Under this economic and policy background,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the impact of mixed reform on the innovation ability of state-owned enterprises,summarize experience and shortcomings,and provide reference and enlightenment.Therefore,this paper uses the method of case analysis to study the impact of mixed reform on the innovation ability of state-owned enterprises,and deeply analyzes the experience and shortcomings of state-owned enterprises in the selection of mixed reform methods and the process of mixed reform,so as to provide help for China’s state-owned enterprises to better complete the mixed reform.First of all,this paper reads and sorts out the relevant literature and theoretical basis at home and abroad as the cornerstone of this study.Secondly,this paper selects AT&M as a case enterprise to elaborate its mixed reform scheme.Based on the analysis of the development status of the industry and enterprises,it is concluded that the motivation of AT&M for mixed reform is to reverse losses and improve the anti risk ability of the enterprise;Integrate industrial resources and enhance core competitiveness;Optimize the ownership structure.Specifically and intuitively analyze the impact path of the mixed ownership reform on the innovation ability of AT&M,and conduct vertical and horizontal analysis on its input and output before and after the mixed ownership reform.The analysis shows that Antai science and technology has realized the mixed ownership reform by means of share exchange,merger and acquisition of private enterprises,employee stock ownership,and new company establishment,thus realizing the optimization of corporate governance structure,strategic decision-making,employee enthusiasm,industrial structure layout,etc,So as to enhance the innovation ability of enterprises.The results show that:(1)Mixed ownership reform can improve the innovation ability of state-owned enterprises;(2)Mixed ownership reform can optimize the corporate governance structure;(3)Mixed ownership reform can strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises.Through mixed ownership reform in various ways,state-owned enterprises can achieve checks and balances between state-owned shareholders and non-state-owned shareholders,optimize corporate governance structure and industrial layout,strengthen the investment of enterprises,so as to enhance the innovation ability and core competitiveness of enterprises,and realize the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the mixed reform of AT&M,this paper puts forward some suggestions on expanding the scope of employee stock ownership,strengthening the cooperation between industry,University and research,and strengthening the mixed reform.The contribution of this paper lies in: at present,most of the existing studies are based on empirical analysis,and large sample analysis,and there are few studies on a specific case.In this paper,AT&M,a competitive state-owned enterprise,is selected as a case,which can provide some experience and reference for other competitive state-owned enterprises to implement the mixed ownership reform,has stronger pertinence and guiding significance,and lays a foundation for the steady implementation of the national mixed ownership reform strategy.
