How to realize enterprise transformation and development through optimizing strategy is a problem worth studying.In this context,this paper takes Q company as the main research object to study the optimization of its diversification development strategy.This paper firstly states the research status at home and abroad,reviews the research status,introduces the research methods,research contents and technical route.The second step summarized the relevant theories and analysis methods.The third step,Q company as the specific research object,this paper introduces the general situation of Q company,using PEST analysis model and SWOT analysis model,a detailed analysis of Q company internal and external environment,at the same time using porter "," the five model analysis of Q company current business environment,find out the advantages and disadvantages Q company internal and external opportunities threats,through Q company will match the diversification strategy and development strategy goal of the current,thus put forward Suggestions to Q company diversification strategy optimization and implementation of security measures.
