Human resource management is one of the most important factors for enterprise’s survival and development,how to keep the development strategy consistent with human resource management,how to make the enterprise’s strategic objective and financial management closely related to each sales staff,the performance compensation management is particularly important.A set of performance compensation management design based on the strategy can not only keep the strategic objective and salary distribution consistent,but also become the key strategic resource of enterprise core competitiveness.VOLVO SY Co.,Ltd.is authorized by the Swedish brand manufacturer in China,the company was founded in December 2000.Because of the core values of the brand concept,it has been popular with minority car owners.However,with the diversification of brands and the strong competitive pressure in the market,VOLVO SY Co.,Ltd.has made corresponding adjustments in the compensation management to maintain the core competitiveness,but still there are some problems,especially in the performance compensation management.Based on it,this paper starting from the related theories of performance management and compensation management,basing on the enterprise strategic development objective,adopting three kinds of methods:literature review method,in-depth interview method,and questionnaire survey method,through participating in the company’s executive leadership meeting and analyzing of the results of the questionnaire survey on sales staff performance salary satisfaction,analyze the current situation of the performance compensation management in VOLVO SY Co.,Ltd.,find out the existing problems and shortage of performance compensation management.Based on fairness,economic,incentive,competition and the principle of legality,clarify the design guidelines,objectives and principles of performance compensation management for sales staff,and divide the sales staff into three parts:sales manager,sales consultant and sales assistant,and according to their job characteristics to design the performance compensation management plan.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan,put forward to establish the leading group,formulate the implementation plan,establish and improve of performance appraisal system and so on,ensure the effective implementation of sales staff performance compensation management plan,stimulate the subjective initiative of sales staff,and control the cost of human resources reasonably for the enterprise,in order to provide strong support for the strategic development of enterprise.
