Research On Project Schedule Management From The Perspective Of Customer Priorit

With the continuous development of 5G technology,telecom operators have started large-scale 5G base station construction activities and 5G network commercial services.In this context,there are many base station test projects based on 5G network technology and solutions.Such test projects often have a certain nature of competition.Before the test activities,operators will set assessment standards for some key indicators,and the corresponding test results will directly affect the 5G base station market share of each communication equipment enterprise.This paper takes the 5G base station test project of E company as a case study.This project also encountered many thorny problems in the implementation process,such as insufficient resources for the implementation of project activities,the continuous expansion of the project scope out of control,the lack of timely problem tracking and solution,and the lack of smooth information communication between teams.These issues are typical of the same type of project management.In the preparation process of this paper,the knowledge in the field of project management is the theoretical basis,and the specific practice in the process of the project schedule management,and the two are closely combined together to carry out research and innovation.First of all,the background of 5G technology development and the significance of research on schedule management of 5G base station test project are introduced,and the main objectives and research methods used in this paper are determined.Secondly,combined with the practice of 5G base station test project management,a variety of project schedule management tools are used and their advantages are analyzed.Then,through the analysis of the background and characteristics of the 5G base station test project of E company,the main risks and problems existing in the project are identified,and the actual project schedule and risk control scheme are formulated by using the critical chain technology.Finally,the practicability and superiority of critical chain technology for project schedule management are verified by the implementation and control of project schedule.The research process of this paper is combined with my practical experience in the implementation of the 5G base station test project of E company.Through the schedule management and control of the project,the progress management research methods mentioned in the paper,especially the critical chain technology,are verified to play a very important role in the schedule management process of the project.When these methods are applied to the progress management process of similar test projects,the project duration can be effectively reduced.In addition,effective control of project progress and project risk management can ensure that the project completes the set goals on time.Especially for the 5G base station test project of E company,it has extremely important guiding significance,which can speed up the commercial application of 5G new products and functions.The experience accumulated during the implementation of this 5G test project can also provide reference value and experience sharing for schedule management and control activities of other similar projects.
