The Research On The Architectural Characteristics An D Construction Technology Of Traditional Dwellings In Ming And Qing Dynasties In Linchuan,Jiangxi Province

Linchuan Ancient County has been born since 1900 years ago.After thousands of years of precipitation,a large number of precious traditional dwellings have been bred during this period.After several generations of dynasties,these traditional dwellings reached the climax of development in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.In recent years,12 traditional villages in Linchuan have been selected into the fifth batch of traditional villages in China,and the research on traditional dwellings in Linchuan has received extensive attention from the whole society.This paper focuses on the research on the architectural characteristics and construction technology of traditional dwellings in this area,which is beneficial to guide the restoration and renewal of traditional dwellings in this area in the future,and make its own efforts to promote the research of local traditional dwellings.Using literature search and multidisciplinary research methods,the background of the formation of traditional dwellings in Linchuan is analyzed.Through field investigation,field surveying and data collection of typical dwellings,the architectural plane and spatial characteristics of traditional dwellings are summarized.In addition,the representative buildings are selected,the graphics are drawn and the models are established,and the construction process of the entire building is simulated,and the construction techniques used in traditional dwellings are summarized with the help of real pictures.The article is mainly divided into four parts:The first chapter introduces the research background of this paper and the research status at home and abroad,summarizes the purpose and significance of the research on the characteristics and construction technology of traditional dwellings in Linchuan District,and proposes relevant research content and methods.The second chapter explores the formation background of Linchuan traditional dwellings through the research and analysis of Linchuan’s natural environment,geographical location,climate properties,history and culture,social development and changes.In the third chapter,the research on the characteristics of traditional residential buildings in Linchuan is mainly reflected in the research on the layout form and spatial elements of the building.Through a large-scale investigation and research on Linchuan traditional dwellings,it is concluded that the plane layout types of Linchuan traditional dwellings are mainly divided into three categories,one is the traditional patio layout,the second is the compound plane layout,and the third is the building group type.Plane layout;the elements of Linchuan traditional residential space mainly include four parts,courtyard gate,dwelling gate,hall,wing room and auxiliary room.The fourth chapter,through the interpretation of the typical dwellings-Ai Lian Di,elaborates the construction techniques used in Linchuan traditional dwellings.Its construction technology is mainly divided into the following six parts:overall design,site renovation,large wood construction,roof construction,small wood construction,and decorative art.Various types of work are required to cooperate with each other.Through sub-construction and combination construction,a complete building system is finally formed.As an important part of Jiangxi dwellings,there are many similarities in architectural form between Linchuan traditional dwellings and neighboring areas.The full text summarizes the architectural features and construction techniques of Linchuan traditional dwellings as much as possible,which can provide a scientific theoretical basis and reference for the future repair and protection of dwellings and the study of other local traditional dwellings.
