In recent years,the COVID-19 has posed a serious threat to the economic development and social stability and people’s lives of all countries in the world because of its long duration,wide spread,high degree of harm and difficulty in prevention and control.How to efficiently distribute emergency epidemic prevention materials to epidemic areas during epidemic period is of great significance to guarantee the safety of people in epidemic areas and prevent the spread of epidemic situation.In this article,under the new crown epidemic situation,"Truck+ UAV" distribution as the research object.First of all,based on the analysis of the characteristics and operation process of infectious disease emergency logistics,this article probes into the distribution mode of"Truck+UAV" and its advantages.Secondly,considering the timeliness and economy of distribution,the traditional truck distribution route model under epidemic situation is constructed;Thirdly,on the basis of the traditional truck distribution model,the constraints of time window,time coordination and space coordination between truck and UAV,launch point and number of UAV are considered,a "Truck+UAV" distribution model with trucks carrying multiple UAV and UAV serving multiple demand points at one time is constructed;Finally,according to the traditional truck distribution model and "Truck+UAV" distribution model,the algorithms are designed respectively,and the case of Xi’an under the new crown epidemic situation is analyzed by Python.The results show that,compared with the traditional truck distribution,"Truck+UAV" distribution is more suitable for the requirements of the material distribution under the epidemic situation,it can improve the distribution efficiency and reduce the distribution cost.It is confirmed that the "Truck+UAV" distribution mode has practical application significance under the COVID-19.The "Truck+UAV" distribution model constructed in this article has some reference value for the normal distribution of materials under epidemic situation,we believe that this strategy can not only deal with daily emergency management,it can also provide a model reference for the outbreak of infectious diseases,and at the same time,it has certain significance to enrich the existing field of emergency logistics. |
