According to the statistics of China seismic network,there have been more than 300 earthquakes in China in 72 years since 1949.No matter the size of the earthquake,such frequent earthquakes have brought casualties,but also hindered the development of China’s economy and society to some extent.In the process of fighting against earthquake disasters,the post earthquake emergency rescue work has been developing towards improving rescue efficiency and reducing unnecessary losses.When carrying out the emergency rescue work after earthquake,the planning of emergency material distribution path has always been the key problem to be solved.Therefore,based on the influence of the damage degree of the road after the earthquake on the vehicle traffic status,the paper focuses on the planning of the distribution path of emergency materials after the earthquake.Firstly,the basic concepts and theories related to emergency logistics at home and abroad are introduced,and the components and characteristics of emergency logistics work under earthquake disaster are analyzed.And from the origin,classification,solution of three angles to the vehicle path problem is described.It provides theoretical support for the research of the influence of road traffic status on the planning of emergency material distribution path.Secondly,the paper analyzes the road conditions,post earthquake damage and weather geography,and establishes the evaluation index system of road traffic status after earthquake.Considering that the subjectivity and difference of experts may affect the evaluation results,the paper uses AHP to evaluate the road traffic status after earthquake after the weight of experts is divided.And based on the road after earthquake in a certain area,the traffic state coefficient of this road is estimated.The traffic state coefficient of the road is an effective basis for accurate estimation of the vehicle speed of emergency materials distribution after earthquake.Thirdly,the constraints are considered from the following aspects: road traffic state coefficient,material distribution time window requirements,distribution vehicle type,etc.The paper aims at the shortest time consuming of material distribution in the global material demand point,and establishes the material distribution route planning model.Through genetic algorithm,the solution of the established emergency material distribution path planning model is realized on Matlab software.Finally,taking the planning of emergency material distribution path in Changning County of Sichuan Province as an example,the best distribution route of emergency materials is obtained by using the above-mentioned road traffic status evaluation index system and distribution path planning model. |
