| With the development of economy,society and technology,the scale of construction projects is constantly expanding,and the complexity of projects is also increasing.The traditional project delivery mode can no longer meet the requirements of the current construction industry for sustainable development.In the traditional mode,all parties involved in a construction project are independent from each other.They pursue the maximization of their own interests as the goal,and often do not care about the overall interests of the project,which will lead to many problems such as rework suspension,construction delay,waste of resources,and disputes.To address the shortcomings of the traditional project delivery model,the Integrated Project Delivery model(IPD)is considered appropriate.In IPD mode,all participants take the maximization of the overall benefits of the project as the goal and cooperate closely in the whole life cycle of the project for the overall benefits of the project.The application of IPD mode can greatly improve the production efficiency of the construction industry.IPD mode is supported by BIM technology,showing strong advantages in cost,schedule and so on.It has been widely recognized and applied in some developed countries.Although the benefits of IPD mode have been widely proved,the application of IPD mode in our country is still less.In view of the applicability of IPD model in China,Chinese scholars have made a series of studies on promoting the application of IPD model in China.Considering the characteristics of IPD projects,among the many obstacles affecting the application of IPD mode,how to distribute the excess benefits brought by cooperation is the most concerned problem of each project stakeholder.Establishing a fair and reasonable benefit distribution mechanism is an urgent problem to be solved at present,which can greatly promote the promotion and application of IPD mode in China.So as to promote the further application of IPD model,this study is based on the interests of the IPD project allocation mechanism research,through the literature review mainly consider the owner,contractor,design and consulting party plus one of the four major stakeholders,the introduction of the concept of fuzzy coalition and participation,puts forward a combination of risks,the actual contribution and efforts of engagement indicators,Using subjective and objective weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to deal with the data to get the final comprehensive evaluation value,the IPD project was built based on the fuzzy coalition Nash negotiation model of profit distribution in a fuzzy environment,finally can not only determine the interest distribution,and discusses the value of each participant’s participation and interests relationship.The main work of this study is as follows:Firstly,by combing the domestic and foreign research on IPD projects and benefit distribution,and combining the characteristics of IPD projects,this paper determines the participation evaluation index system based on three main dimensions:risk factors,actual contribution and effort behavior.Secondly,through the combination of structural entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the questionnaire survey results of the above qualitative indicators are processed,and the evaluation results are given a unified degree of ambiguity,and finally the comprehensive evaluation value of the participation of each participant in IPD project is obtained.The combination of the above methods fully reflects the objectivity and fuzziness in the process of qualitative index evaluation.Then,the evaluation value of "participation"was taken as the participation of each participant in the fuzzy alliance of IPD project,and the asymmetric Nash negotiation benefit distribution model of the fuzzy alliance of IPD project in the fuzzy environment was established.In view of the complexity of the model,this study uses the expected value model to optimize the model,and then uses the genetic algorithm toolbox in MATLAB to solve the final benefit distribution value.Finally,a case is used to verify the feasibility of the model proposed in this research.As IPD model has not been applied in China in a substantive way and only reflects the idea of integrated project delivery in some large-scale projects,it is impossible to obtain representative cases in China.Therefore,this study uses a real project in IPD project case set released by American Institute of Architects.In this context,the effectiveness of the benefit distribution mechanism proposed in this study is verified by case simulation,and the final results are analyzed and discussed.The interest distribution mechanism proposed in this study is in line with the fair and reasonable requirements of all stakeholders.In theory,the objectivity and ambiguity of qualitative index evaluation are fully considered,and the issue of interest distribution for the IPD model focusing on cooperation is solved.The asymmetric Nash negotiation model based on fuzzy coalition in cooperative game is used,which reflects the benefit distribution under the interaction of each player and expands the theoretical boundary.In practice,the benefit distribution mechanism proposed in this study can provide guidance for the implementation of IPD projects and the allocation of capital pool profits,and promote the wider application of IPD model.This study reflects the relationship between the participation of all participants and the distribution of benefits,that is,the higher the participation of a participant,the more benefits can be distributed,which can better motivate all participants to increase their participation in the project to obtain more interests,so as to improve the overall benefits of IPD projects and bring into play the advantages of IPD projects. |
