Industry is the basic production department in national economic development,and also an important part of regional functional space.Scientific industrial spatial pattern plays a crucial role in regional healthy development.Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration is an important growth pole of national development and the core area of Hunan Province.Under the background of new development stage and new development pattern,it is necessary to explore the evolution of industrial space pattern in the process of regional development in order to improve the comprehensive economic and social development capacity of Chang-Zhu-Tan.Based on the research idea of "characteristic-process-type-mechanism",the paper takes the core development of the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration as the study area,and comprehensively uses a variety of models and methods.From the perspective of regional functional space,the characteristics and process of industrial space evolution in the study area from 2008 to 2020 are comprehensively judged and analyzed.Firstly,the quantitative and morphological characteristics of industrial space in Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area are analyzed by using the methods of patch analysis,spatial expansion and fractal model.Secondly,using the barycenter model,exploratory spatial data analysis,kernel density analysis and other methods,the historical and current pattern characteristics and spatial and temporal evolution process of Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area are deduced.Thirdly,the characteristics of different industrial space evolution types differentiation are analyzed from 173 township street scales in Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area.Finally,a comprehensive selection of 12 indicators to construct the impact factor index system,using the Geodetector model to detect the industrial spatial evolution mechanism,and analyze its dynamic mechanism.This paper analyzes the possible problems in the process of industrial space development,and tries to put forward some suggestions on optimizing the rational layout and integrated development of industrial space.To some extent,it opens up a new perspective for the study of the evolution and development of industrial space in Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The scale characteristics of industrial space in Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area are different in general and in local area.The number of industrial space has doubled,and the area has increased by nearly three times.The average patch area and density index show the same growth trend.The industrial space between cities develops rapidly and the situation is different,and the gap between the number and size of industrial space is gradually widening.The late development momentum of peripheral districts and counties is stronger than that of central districts.(2)The form of industrial space in the study area has strong fractal characteristics and obvious stage differences.The evolution trend of industrial spatial form among cities is the same,but the change degree of complexity and compactness of boundary shape is different.(3)The overall pattern of industrial space in the study area gradually evolved from "point" to"cluster" and "band" structure,and presented a "core-edge" structure at the county level.The industrial space of Changsha metropolitan area is gradually distributed along the suburbs and the main traffic roads,and the spatial orientation of network traffic is prominent.The industrial space of Zhuzhou and Xiangtan metropolitan area develops from the distribution along the east bank of Xiangjiang River to the expansion along both sides of Xiangjiang River.The gravity center shift law directly reflects the general trend of the spatio-temporal evolution of industrial space.Both the area gravity center and density gravity center of industrial space have shown a "northward" evolution trend,and the degree of shift is gradually severe.Two gravity centers are generally located in Yuhua District at the junction of the three cities,but the area gravity center is more north than the density gravity center.It shows that the development of industrial space in Changsha metropolitan area has a more significant impact on the evolution of gravity center.(4)The global correlation of industrial space is significant and the spatial agglomeration characteristics are obvious.The extremely hotspots and hotspots are mainly distributed in the junction of Chang-Zhu-Tan,and the hotspots are all around the extremely hotspots,showing a trend of extension,while the distribution range of the cold spots and cold spots gradually decreases.The spatial coverage of nuclear density gradually expanded outward-and the high value region showed a fluctuating trend of extension and then contraction.(5)The change characteristics of area divided into three types of industrial space evolution from township and street scale,namely growth type,vacated type and stable type,and the variation types are analyzed from two dimensions of quantitative characteristics and spatial characteristics respectively.Growth type occupies an absolute advantage in number,and growth type and evapotranspiration type are divided into two different types according to specific spatial characteristics.(6)The leading factors influencing the pattern evolution of industrial space in Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area are different in different periods,and the interaction of each factor showed a positive enhancement effect on the whole.It shows that the dynamic mechanism of the evolution of industrial spatial pattern in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan area is influenced by traffic and economic development,society and market,government behavior and other comprehensive factors.(7)Comprehensive analysis shows that the Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolitan area of industrial space scale evolution development disequilibrium,industrial space occupies a certain quantity of agricultural space and ecological space,industrial space out of space and update efficiency is not high,industrial output efficiency is relatively low related issues.This paper put forward the following strategies:optimal regulation optimization structure,promote the urban areas of industrial space reasonable layout;Economical and intensive,revitalize the limited urban space resources;Give priority to ecology,improve the transformation path of old industrial base;Speed up innovation and improve economic benefits per unit space.
