Abstract/Summary:
In view of the problems that the shared bicycles in the city are often maliciously destroyed due to poor management,the aging of open-air parking is incompatible with environmental protection,and the random parking affects the city appearance,combined with the current analysis of the reasons why the construction of the shared bicycle stereo garage has been stagnant,this thesis uses the module Based on the design thinking of modularization,parameterization and individualization,the Personalized Customization System for Bicycle Garage under Cloud Manufacturing(PCSBGCM)was designed and realized.The system facilitates multi-user groups to participate in the personalized collaborative customization of garage anytime and anywhere,simplifies the design process and improves the design efficiency,which has important engineering application value to promote the construction of urban bicycle garage and plays a demonstration role for the personalization in other design and manufacturing fields.The main work and achievements of the thesis are as follows:(1)The general architecture of PCSBGCM is designed.Combined with the analysis of the problems and functional requirements of the current bicycle stereo garage construction,the general structure of PCSBGCM is determined to meet the rapid design of bicycle stereo garages in different cities(regions),areas,capacities,and costs.PCSBGCM adopts the combined architecture of web-based online customization subsystem and parameterized subsystem.Among them,the Web-based online customization subsystem realizes the frontend interaction and back-end logic business processing between the customization platform and multiple customer groups;the parameterized subsystem realizes the parameterized deformation design,and adopts the form of case library for the online customization subsystem to call,which can meet the rapid design of the garage and design data management.(2)The system functions of PCSBGCM are developed and realized.Based on the general architecture of PCSBGCM,the front-end and back-end interaction technologies and database of the system are designed,and the functions of the PCSBGCM system are realized by using the Web-based front-end and back-end software development technology,which provides communication for multi-user collaborative participation in the personalized customization of bicycle stereo garages.The platform improves the customization efficiency,enhances the user participation experience,and better guarantees the security,maintainability and scalability of the system.Finally,the functional applications of PCSBGCM are introduced in detail through the front-end page,such as customization process,model display of customized solutions,order generation,etc.(3)A new type of cloud street type bicycle stereo garage case is designed.the PCSBGCM case library is the basis for realizing parametric design.Aiming at the current problems of cloud street type and square stereo garage such as low automation and single storage capacity,based on its good market application prospect,a new type of cloud street type bicycle stereo garage design scheme is proposed,and the structural design of this garage is realized by using modular and parametric design thinking,including the design of main frame,automatic locking,lateral transmission,lifting mechanism and the calibration of key components and the design of control system,which plays a reference and demonstration role for PCSBGCM to build a case base of parametric design.
