Due to large numbers of manufacturers and suppliers,types and structures of stereo garages are different which make it difficult to identify potential anomalies based on traditional maintenance methods.Safety and health assessment of equipment components have always been problems faced by all parties.However,intelligent monitoring system based on big data analysis provides a new method for obscure fault and abnormal operating modes identification.In addition,manufacturers hope to obtain first-hand data on-site,such as operating status,faults,and usage of the system,to provide support for product improvement,component selection,and market decision-making.Moreover,the demands of intelligent monitoring service asked by stereo garage companies and the other electromechanical companies grow rapidly.China is also making efforts to promote industrial Internet development.This dissertation takes the national promotion of industrial Internet research and application as an opportunity to address the appeal of the stereo garage industry for intelligent monitoring services through in-depth research and analysis of the architecture of the intelligent monitoring system,building a remote acquisition system for stereo garages collected by the front end,server and client with detailed hardware design and excellent driver.Based on the analysis of the demand for intelligent monitoring service of stereo garages,the cloud service platform and server software architecture are optimized,and the detailed design of server software and client software are performed.Systematic functional test were carried out to verify the feasibility integrity and effectiveness of the system which laid the foundation for the big data analysis of stereo garages and remote control platform.The practice in stereo garages is just the beginning,and its application will gradually expand.The main research work and contents of this paper include the following aspects:1)Systematic study of the architecture of the intelligent stereo garage monitoring system aimed at industrial Internet.Firstly,the remote data types and the data collection model of a single garage are analyzed.The characteristics and feasibility of the server based on a cloud platform are studied.Then,the structure and function of intelligent monitoring service system has been proposed,and the dominant software languages have been analyzed and optimized based on the data processing features.2)Research and design of modular acquisition front ends.Vibration,image and PLC data acquisition modules include supplementary chip driver program have been researched and developed.The reconfigurable design based on FPGA + MCU makes it possible to meet the needs of fast on-site data solution.3)Research of cloud server hierarchy and design of cloud server software.The server hierarchy and internal functional structure of the remote data service system has been analyzed.Detailed research and design for server software threads,GUI,databases,and Socket Server were performed,and client software that meets the application requirements was developed.4)Conducted a pilot study of the functions of the intelligent monitoring system.Based on laboratory environment and practical application equipment,systematic functional testing of iamge,vibration,PLC and maintenance information were performed to verify the validity of each functional unit and the integrity of the system.
