In recent years,shared bicycles are ubiquitous in urban areas in China.Shared bicycles not only bring convenience to people,but also bring many problems to people.For example,some citizens parked shared bicycles randomly to occupy roads,affecting traffic;shared bicycles were damaged by sunshine,rain and rust,resulting in urban garbage;the contradiction between the huge number of shared bicycles and the insufficient number of managers and maintenance personnel,etc.In order to solve these problems,taking the specifications of Mobai,Xiaohuang car ofo and Haro as the research objects,according to the applicable situation and practical performance,several stereo garage schemes were analyzed.Through comparative analysis,a two-row bike horizontal stereo garage scheme with the smallest occupied area of a single bicycle was selected,and the shared bike stereo garage of the scheme was designed.The shared bicycle three-dimensional garage was mainly composed of four parts: clamping mechanism,pushing system,lifting and transverse moving system,and steel frame of the three-dimensional garage.The main research contents were as follows:The overall structure and operation principle of the three-dimensional garage were established.On the basis of the existing technology,the overall structure scheme of the garage was determined by considering the use environment,the area occupied by a single garage and the cost factors.The lifting and transverse double row single-car horizontal three-dimensional garage was selected as the design garage type,and the operation principle of the garage was expounded.The structure design of the clamping mechanism and pushing mechanism of the threedimensional garage,the design of the lifting platform and the steel frame of the threedimensional garage were completed.Considering the size and safety performance requirements of the garage,the symmetrical spatial seven-bar mechanism was adopted to realize the clamping function of the bicycle,and the pushing function of the bicycle board was realized by the combination of the screw mechanism and the electromagnet.The parameters of the three-dimensional garage and the loading plate were analyzed.The synchronous belt was used to realize the transverse movement and the drum was used to realize the lifting motion.According to the empirical formula,the section size of H-section steel was preliminarily obtained,and the steel frame of three-dimensional garage with four layers of double row single car was designed.Finite element analysis of steel frame of three-dimensional garage based on ANSYS was completed.The strength and stiffness of the steel frame were analyzed and verified under the applied load.The simulation and optimization of bicycle clamping mechanism based on Adams were completed.The feasibility of the clamping mechanism was verified,and the size of the clamping mechanism was optimized,which reduces the size of the clamping part and increases the clamping force.The two-row shared bicycle horizontal parking garage designed in this paper has the characteristics of overall closed structure,convenient operation,high access efficiency,compact structure and high space utilization rate.It can provide practical reference value for the research and design of bicycle stereo garage and the management of shared bicycle.
