The primary mission of amphibious force delivery is to use relevant equipment to deliver the landing power to enemy coast.The influence of sea battlefield environment runs through the whole process from the decision on scheme of amphibious force delivery to the exertion of operational efficiency of amphibious force equipment,ultimately affecting amphibious force delivery effectiveness.In view of the importance of amphibious force delivery efficiency construction,environmental impact in sea battlefield and the complexity of impact analysis,it is imperative that an amphibious force has to be evaluated by an environmental impact analysis of amphibious force.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)It points out the difficulties in analyzing and evaluating the impact of the sea battlefield environment on the efficiency of amphibious force delivery.It proposes the research and analysis framework for the difficulties,and finally introduces the basic principles of the related methods involved in the research.(2)It constructs an amphibious force delivery model,and analysis the impact of sea battlefield environment on different delivery equipment under various sub-links in the landing stage from the perspective of operational effectiveness in method of fishbone diagram.(3)Combined with the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the impact assessment model of the sea battlefield environment on the landing area selection is established.The least squares gray correlation analysis method is used to establish the sea battlefield environmental impact assessment model for the selection of amphibious force delivery time.(4)Combined with the regression support vector machine method and the analytic hierarchy process,the combat effectiveness index of the transfer equipment in the transfer phase is calculated.For the assault navigation phase,a three-layer relationship index model for the impact of the sea battlefield environment on the operational effectiveness of the delivery equipment is established.The influence of the sea battlefield environment on the delivery of land to the land is quantified by a single factor affecting the quantification and layer-by-layer aggregation.This paper proposes a set of methods for analyzing and evaluating the impact of sea battlefield environment on amphibious force delivery efficiency,that verifying the rationality and feasibility of the method by specific case analysis.Providing a theoretical reference for further evaluation of the impact of the naval battlefield environment on the effectiveness of the entire amphibious landing operations.
