Power enterprise is the national pillar enterprise,ultra high voltage substation project has the characteristics of difficulty,long cycle,high danger,drives a lot of domestic automation grid equipment manufacturing,the construction of ultra high voltage substation site has more than 90%of equipment are all domestic.UHV substation is to meet the people’s growing demand for electricity,and the development of UHV technology also provides an important guarantee for national energy security.The vigorous development of UHV has led to the development of power equipment manufacturing industry and technological innovation,but the number of projects such as power grid infrastructure,overhaul and technical transformation is gradually increasing,which also brings many problems in project management.This paper studies the process optimization management of UHV substation projects.On the basis of fully learning advanced management theories at home and abroad,combined with the current situation of UHV substation project process management of J Company,some optimization measures of process management are put forward.The work completed in this paper mainly includes:(1)Summarize and analyze the research status of project management process optimization at home and abroad,and elaborate and analyze the theoretical basis used in subsequent papers,including project management theory and process reengineering theory;(2)business of J company UHV substation project process to the basic situation of the basic introduction,from the phase analysis of project,the problems existing in the UHV substation project of J company is analyzed and summarized,including the early stage of the project management,planning and budget management,project management,completed management phase,On this basis,the causes of these problems was analyzed,including the management of business process management is not enough attention,employees’ internal control consciousness is weak,internal information communication channels are not smooth,etc.(3)Put forward the principles and objectives of process optimization for UHV substation project of J Company.In the preliminary management process optimization,the project boundary distinction,development report preparation,project approval process optimization;In terms of project planning and budget management,it is proposed to strictly follow the procedures of UHV engineering renovation,optimize the expense reimbursement process,and strengthen the preparation of project budget.In the project implementation and management stage,optimize the material procurement process and project schedule management;In the stage of project completion management,it is necessary to strictly implement the project completion acceptance process,and strengthen the management of project archives.It also proposes to support the process optimization of J Company’s UHV power transformation project from four aspects:management’s attention and support,system guarantee,talent guarantee and information technology guarantee.
